The service provided was the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. To start, I was told they would be at my house at 8am and did not show up until 2pm to start the job. The landscape was half done and leave piles were left everywhere. The “professional” paint job they did was absolutely horrible and not to mention that they sprayed all my cameras with overspray, they did not take the screws out of the wood like they said they would, one was smoking a cigarette in my backyard and just threw it on the ground once he was done. Everything was left a completely mess and nothing was put back the way it was before they started painting. They were supposed to do a walk through once they were done but did not and just left as soon as they were done. Very very super unprofessional and they rush all the work they do and do half the job and that’s it. I would not recommend to anyone. BE AWARE!!!!!!

Mike and his assistant did my front and backyard which included cuttinga huge hedge in half. They were professional, took pride in their work and made sure everything was cleaned up. Going with a monthly service with them, they're the best!

Needed a tree taken down and it ended up being a lot bigger project than anticipated but Mike got the job done and it looks great! Very friendly, great prices and since he did such a great job on my tree, I now have him do my monthly yard maintenance and my yard has never looked better! If you are looking for a great landscaper he is your guy!

Good evening, I hope this message reaches you in good faith. My daughter purchased a vehicle from you. With keeping in mind that it’s always BUY AS IS. You blatantly ripped my daughter off for the 2013 Malibu Eco you sold her. So with that being said, I’m only reaching out to you simply to give you an opportunity to make this right before I proceed. Will legal actions. The car was driven from the location. You deceived her, took the money, knowing that the Eco and the battery system that generates the car was faulty GM states. so as her dad a guy that works hard that will not be scammed or taken advantage of I’ve taken the action pursuing in court to sue you. I have all the documentation of the mileage on the car from the time and left your location to the time it came here stating that the car hasn’t been driven and you were contacted the date that the car started to default. I’m only reaching out to you once again cause I’m giving you an opportunity to make this right at Sand auto gmc with all the state of paperwork needs to prove that there’s no way you being approved dealer to sell cars let alone a retro landscape business that you did not know if that this car was faulty.. moving forward from here. I will let the social media know exactly who you are what you are and that you’re willing to deceive 18-year-old college student whose worked hard and save money and sell her a lemon!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I met with Aldo last Friday and on Wednesday he put the fence in. can’t speak highly enough about the speed to delivery. Trying to keep my dogs away from the other fences with other dogs and hopefully the barking will settle down. Salvador was very professional. fence looks great. Pricing was very reasonable.

I called on a Monday to ask for a residential fencing quote. I was told I could text details/sketch/picture for a more accurate estimate. And I never received a response.

I texted again 2 days later and received no response. And here we are a week later with zero response.

I came across Guyco Construction while looking for an installation of a fence around my property. Installation, workmanship and professionalism made everything like I wanted and requested. The workers were speedy and let you know daily how things were going. We highly recommend this company.

Aldo sounded knowledgeable over the phone. I can’t speak on the quality of his work, but had a horrible experience trying to communicate with him. He don’t return calls, or text in a timely manner (days without communication). Unfortunately had to find another company.

We are so pleased with our experience with Aldo. His price was reasonable for our black chain link fence and 2 gates. And the quality of workmanship is top notch. So thankful we found him!

Aldo was helpful & understood what I needed to fence in my dogs. My dogs are safe now. Thank you to Aldo & the team he hired. They were professional & did a great job. It was all I could afford but it looks beautiful & well crafted. The pricing was great for results.

We are pretty disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I met with Aldo several weeks prior to hiring him and explained what we wanted, what we knew as "hog fencing" (rustic looking pipe with small rectangular wire). He suggested chain link fencing, which I immediately said no to and was very clear I didn't want chain link or anything like it. He seemed to understand. The fence we received is clearly chain link with the wire changed out. I reached out to Aldo expressing how unhappy we are and sent pictures showing the poor work, and he has ignored me completely. Pretty disappointing when you hire a supposed reputable company and do not get what you asked for!

Consumer Warning:
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise against working with this company. The workmanship on my project was extremely poor and left unfinished. The fence installation included slats of inconsistent sizes, visible holes, sharp exposed wires, and an excessive number of staples throughout. Several slats have already fallen out of place, resulting in 914 linear feet of substandard work.

The materials delivered were never inspected by Aldo. They appeared to be damaged and of low quality, when I raised concerns, I was told the issues were due to a manufacturing defect and would be corrected but that never happened. Instead, I received threats of a lawsuit and mechanic’s lien, even though we had already paid approximately $19,000 before the work was completed. I have copies of all checks that were cashed by Aldo. I currently have a small remaining balance which I will pay once the work is corrected and properly completed which is standard procedure.

Please use caution and do thorough research before hiring this contractor. Do not pay in full until the work is finished to a professional standard. In my experience, promises were not kept, In addition to that, I was instructed by Aldo to dismiss workers who came seeking payment suggesting that at that point in time the laborers themselves may not have been properly compensated by Aldo. Don’t let his fragile or sympathetic demeanor mislead you; ensure everything is documented in writing and completed before issuing final payment.

I have everything fully documented and plan to file formal complaints with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC), Better Business Bureau (BBB), Arizona Attorney General’s Office under rule A.R.S. § 41-1491.18 Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 44-1521 through § 44-1534 and any available consumer review outlets. Definitely a waste of money. Parker and sons was the partnered company so they came and looked at my ac. After spending some time he came inside and I asked him if there was anything wrong or what he did. He only replied that I need to install black light for 4000 or else we could get mold. When I told him no he acted offended and left. So I have no idea what of if the technician did anything. There is no transparency and you are strictly paying to give someone a chance to come and sell you something, nothing more.

Very busy right now I guess 😕 hard to find an associate that's to busy to stop .
