Wayne had come through and fixed my bathroom. The guy is very hard working and knowledgeable. He explained to me very well about the electrical field to me because I am an apprentice electrician so he gave some key tips and good points that’s going to make me more advanced thanks to him. So please if you guys ever read this , understand he is very valuable and super knowledgeable so he definitely deserves a good raise. Don’t sleep on him because he’s actually that good!!!

The maintenance man named Norm is very nice & he got everything done plus he fix my other blinds without me putting a work order in for that. I truly appreciate his service and hope there is more people like him. Very very nice & so respectful. Thank u very much.He really deserves a 10 star if there was one to give. I have been very impressed with the service I received on our bathroom repair. We had a water leak. A granite covered cabinet had to be removed as well as drywall and pieces of our wood floor. We had black mold that had to be dealt with as well. I was very reluctant and worried that is was going to be a disaster!! .... From start to finish the project went perfectly. Mike was a huge help throughout the whole project. He keep in great communication with me and made sure everything was done right. Thank you for a quick, smooth and as easy as possible repair!

Summer here is bad enough so I panicked when our A/C suddenly quit working! Thankfully PJ Hussey responded quickly. The gentleman they sent out got it taken care of in less than 1 hour, it was awesome. I still had questions but he was very helpful and patient with me. I really appreciate that guy!

Sheila our intake representative was SUPER!
She took the time to explain the process and connected us with a salesperson, Trey. Trey then visited our home and we discussed the project. Trey listened to our expectations and assured us that a detailed quote with supporting drawings would be provided. It is refreshing to see this type of professionalism!

Norm is always pleasant and engaging. He keeps me informed and always goes beyond and above to do a good job.

We had purchased a ready to go bathroom vanity and not long after the counter started to stain and get worse. Even after two professionals came to the home, it could not be fixed. We needed a new countertop all together and couldn't for anything find a replacement that would fit the existing vanity/sink placement without the very expensive option of a custom shop or a new vanity. PJ Hussey construction provided a quality quartz top, custom cut and installed it perfectly, efficiently and even cleaned up after. You may learn rating this company could be close to home for me but truly they performed great work and I couldn't be happier with it. Thank you!

We had a very professional experience especially dealing with Gilbert’s team and other PJ Hussey teams. Our project was completed on time and quality was good.
A couple of our concerns however were not addressed to our satisfaction and sometimes we were not given advance notice about utilities shut down. Overall we are very happy with the way our project turned out and will recommend PJ Hussey to our friends.

We had Norman come in and seal up our toilet which was leaking. He did a ship and shape job and made the finish very clean. He had tested the toilet multiple times before showing me to ensure it was fixed. Stellar job! Please consider acknowledging his good work!

We were very grateful for a company that took our vision for an outdoor gym and turned it into a reality. They were very responsive to questions, explained practical ways to accomplish what we wanted and worked within our budget. Our onsite coordinators, Kevin and Art, made a point of being available and they kept the work site safe and as clutter free as possible.

Ahead of the visit, it was incredibly difficult to reach the office; no one ever answers live and they call back at inappropriate times in the evening. I only scheduled upon confirming the estimate could be provided same day or next day at the absolute latest because I was already behind schedule. During the visit, Trey kept pushing some service that I repeatedly told him I wasn't interested in yet he continued to try to upsell. Then, I confirmed per my scheduling request that he could turn the estimate around same day or next day, and he completely failed to provide the estimate within the promised timeframe. This company lied to me and wasted both my time and Trey's. Needless to say, I won't be using these services.

EDIT after owner's response: Just like Trey had excuse after excuse for not upholding the promised turnaround (I was clear end of day was unacceptable because I needed to use the estimate to send a letter to the insurance company), the owner's pathetic response is just more pathetic excuses. Regardless of the technicality of a formal upsell, that doesn't change the fact Trey pushed and pushed after I explicitly declined, nor that the office and Trey made false promises about providing the estimate.

Both Trey and Andrew were professional, reliable, knowledgeable and took time to patiently explain things. Their thoughtful processes and helpful nature made working with them a pleasure.

The job= replace sinks, faucets, garbage disposal & Countertops in kitchen & 2 bathrooms (quartzite).

I am so impressed with the skill and artistic care that Alonzo took to create a flow of pattern across the front edge, countertop and backsplash in all 3 locations. Genius!

I appreciate how Kevin W kept me extraordinarily well informed and the job moving forward, even when the broken sink arrived and the garbage disposal sounded broken.

Armando & Jonathan went above & beyond duty insuring all parts that didn't come from the manufacturer were present to support the plumbing installs.

Needed to have a small shower reconstruction done on a short notice. The company was on it. They assigned staff member Trey to visit the house, evaluate the work details, put together a very detailed estimate and email it to us.

The entire process was absolutely flawless. From Sheila that took my call, to Trey who came to the house and spent all the time necessary to make sure nothing is missed and our needs were met.

I will admit this level of customer service has become a rarity. They have elevated my faith in the construction industry.
