I had Fred over to the house to do some repairs on my garage cabinets that were almost falling off the walls, did a great job with those. Also have a redecoration project that needed some electrical and wall repair. Very nice job completed promptly. Would recommend this company to anyone needing anything done on the home.

Fred Vacchiano has done work in my home over past few years. He put in new flooring in living room, replaced wood siding outside, painted entire condo & remodeled bathroom. His work is excellent, attention to details. Have recommended him to friends. I have known Julie Vacchiano professionally for 20 years. She has advised me about real estate matters. I have also recommended her to friends.

Fred Vacchiano has done all kinds of jobs for me and always done them very well. My husband was a carpenter and a skilled cabinet maker and had done many things around our home. After his death, I knew no one that I trusted to make changes or repairs. Luckily, I knew Julie, Fred's wife, and asked him to do some things in my house. I enjoyed his company and was delighted with the respectful work he did to restore some of Bill's work. Since those repairs he has installed a new kitchen hood and repaired beams on our patio and is able to do most anything, I do believe. You can trust him to advise you well and to do excellent work for you.

These guys know what they're doing they are professional kind courteous outgoing and very knowledgeable in their craft when they left there was no trash and the job was done to perfection anyone that needs any type of plumbing services to definitely call them 100% stand behind this company they are absolutely awesome

I’ve known Miranda Development for a while now. One of the most professional companies I’ve worked with and just recently did an amazing job at one of my places.

Hugo Miranda was referred by our painter following a flood in our house from a defective plumbing fixture. He came out and surveyed the necessary repairs. He told me the date he could start and said he would email an estimate.
He showed up on the day he had indicated. He completed the job in one day and was assisted by two other helpers. At the end of the day he asked for full payment, but I had never seen an estimate. The price was three times more than the insurance company’s allowance for baseboard repairs. I gave him a check as we had to leave to attend an event.
That same evening I looked through all of my emails, texts and phone messages to see if perhaps he had sent me an estimate during the prior a few days in case I may have missed it.
There was no estimate provided. As I never would have authorized the job to start if I knew that the price was so high. I began to contact Hugo Miranda and asked him to send me any estimate that he might have thought that he sent to me, but hadn't.
I didn’t hear back and I have sent him text messages, voicemail messages, and emails. He has answered none of these for the last week.
He cashed the check quickly, but has refused to call me back or return any of my voicemails, text messages or emails.
Hugo Miranda is unprofessional, unethical and a poor business man.
I would not recommend you use Miranda Development on any job, given Hugo’s lack of cooperation and unresponsiveness after charging me an exorbitant price for a relatively small job.

Hugo did a great job framing and installing a new door in our house. He was very responsive and he was flexible when things didn’t go how we had originally planned. His price was fair and the workmanship was top notch.

Hugo and his team did an excellent job installing two interior pre hung doors. The job required design, framing, and drywall work as well as door installation. Work was top notch at a fair price. I would certainly use Miranda Development for any future work.

My husband and I decided that our bathroom was way overdue for a mini makeover when we realized our plumbing was leaking into the bottom of the bathroom cabinet. We decided to call Miranda Development, and to our surprise found that they could do the job from start to finish. They sent out a representative who took the time to carefully listen to our ideas, craft a cabinet that met our needs and explain the process of the job. They had the plumbing redone, had the cabinet specially built, and everything was as seamlessly done in the timeframe that we were quoted. We love our new vanity and stone top counter. I waited for 30 minutes for someone to get some ground rods. Apparently I'm not important when I'm standing there. We spend almost 200k a year at home depot. We could always just take our business somewhere else.

The new carpet was easy to choose in the Home Depot store and it was easy to schedule the installation. The carpet looks fantastic!

Tried taking a ac unit back that stopped working and they said sorry 30 days. Just now this is the 34th day! Never coming here again
