Worse Home Depot ever! Bad customer service. They can't even put a call through to the right department. Or don't answer the phone once they do!

Beware of Teo or Timoteo.. hlHe was recommended to me by a lady at Home Depot, and he is unreliable. He took my money and my cabinet parts, and dissapeared.

Brian the manager was completely inappropriate. He was rude, had no customer service skills, and the way he was looking at my teenage daughter was making my skin crawl. I couldn't say there was an action that was inappropriate, but there was a sinister vibe with the leering and he appeared to be licking his lips. Hard to say with the mask on, but I felt uncomfortable.

Great store. Don't use their services which are outsourced. HD has no control over the provider. They charge amazing price! Ex. Water heater costs $600! installation is > $600.

I only gave 4 stars because the technician or company did not communicate with me when he was almost four hours late, although the technician was extremely good. He did a fantastic job, cleaned up afterwards, and was very professional.

Ordered new wall to wall carpeting from Home Depot. The employee that showed up at our home to complete the measuring was very helpful and explained which way the nap would lay, as well as the seam placement. The installer were very professional, showed up on time and did a great job. Seams are undetectable. Overall, very pleased with our selection and the process.

I signed up for what I thought was an air conditioner tune up for 49.99. What I really did was pay 49.99 to become a sales lead for Parker and Sons. There was no tune up. Instead, a salesman showed up trying to sell us $3,000 worth of parts for our air conditioner. I had just paid to become a lead for them to try to sell and upsell product to. The salesman (there was no technician) said there was no such thing as a tune up, although that’s how it was advertised at the Home Depot I made the appointment at. In addition, I see many companies who do actually perform tune ups. So, I felt duped. This was an obvious set up. I was able to do the cleaning and tuning of the unit myself with help from AI and YouTube Normally, companies have to pay for leads. Not in this scenario. I paid them to have them try to sell me something, thus becoming a sales lead for Parker and Sons. Very tricky. I will never sign up for any outside services at Home Depot ever again. Not satisfied at all. Horrible experience!
