I was driving south on Alma School Rd just past Guadalupe Rd heading towards Elliot Rd at 3:14pm on 12-18-22 when I saw your company vehicle, license plate CM34525, in the lane next to me and I witnessed the gentleman throw out the passenger window, what I'm guessing was empty, but a pack of cigarettes, it was white and driving 45 I couldn't see a brand.

We've had them come out to do some electrical work. They were sub-contracted by KB Homes. They were professional but I wouldn't say friendly which if fine. As long as the work is proficient.

TIMELINESS: Of the three times, they came on time once. Unfortunately, they give you a four window so you can't leave the house to run errands. We were given an 8-12 window and asked for a 30 minute heads up call before arrival. Tiffany O. the admin assistant, assured us they would. The tech didn't arrive until 10:15AM and did not give us a call as requested. As I "tried" to explain to Tiffany, if we are scheduled between 8-12, then shouldn't we be the first stop? Otherwise, give us a window time of 10-2. She didn't seem to understand the logic so I gave up trying.

On one occasion, they said tech would be arrive between 8-12. We got up early to have breakfast and removed everything off the counter where the work was going to be done. Then we get a call around 9AM to inform us that the tech called in sick and they need to reschedule. For such a large company, I am surprise there is not enough manpower to support situations like this. Every where I've ever worked, management always makes sure there is enough coverage in case someone is out sick. Needless to say, this pushed us back another day and we had to reschedule with the other sub-contractors.

    SERVICE:
The don't seem to have a high standard of customer service. Of all the contractors we've received service from, they possess lack of friendliness, enthusiasm, and sense of urgency. However, the last guy who was here was the most proficient. He really took his time and was very thorough. The second guy left without cleaning up all the drywall dust from drilling into the walls. Allen who was the third tech who came out was friendly and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and cleaned up after himself which was very appreciated. He treated us the way he would want to be treated and respected our home as though it was his.

OVERALL: They do good work but they need to improve on their customer service and communication. If you do use them, definitely ask for Allen. He's the guy you want!!

The builders Richmond American Homes contracted the electric with IES and made an appointment with them after I filled my warranty claim. IES called me for a heads up - great manners and courtesy. IES came out within 48 hours, and Rick was great. He replaced the GFCI breaker with an AFCI+GFCI combo breaker. Haven’t had a problem since! Rick even gave me his personal contact if I needed to follow up, and recommended me a home inspector for my 1 year. Positive experience and pleasure meeting Rick.

This company wired my newly built house, so the home builder uses them for warranty work. They came out to my house 4 different times because they incorrectly wired my Ethernet cables. The cables weren't crimped properly so the connectors didn't fit into my router. I asked all 4 times they were out to just change the connectors but they refused. They tried blaming the problem on the router. After being frustrated with them for not listening to me and fighting me so hard to not replace the connectors, I called a real electrician to come out and change the connectors. After a little chuckle from seeing the low quality work that IES did, the real electrician I hired was done in 15 minutes and now my Ethernet cables plug into my router and work perfectly. It was an easy fix that IES turned into a major headache. If I have any more electrical issues, I will gladly pay someone else to come out and fix it rather than having IES come out and waste everyone's time.

This company is contracted to do the electrical work in the new community I live in. My dryer wasn't drying. So I checked out the power to the outlet. It was wired incorrectly by a veteran electrical worker. Turns out several other neighbors had electrical issues as well. The veteran electrical guy wired the 220v outlet shown in the photo. The manager for the community said IES doesn't do hot checks or inspect their work...I can see that!

Extremely poor service. Electrician caused a burn impact and burn mark in electrical panel and supervisor has refused to replace it due it not being functionally damaged. Be careful if they come to your home, MONITOR everything they do as they do not like to take responsibility or accountability for damages they cause. Whether functional or not, it should’ve been left in its original condition and it wasn’t. A brand new panel now has damage and does not reflect being installed in a one year old home. The electrician also did a sloppy job leaving the caulking mess all over the wire, they do not clean up after themselves. Thanks.

Cool work they do here. They all have to work together like a tight family who communicate with each other and cooperate in each product they aer hired to design and build.

My chiller system went down on a 156 unit apartment complex I own. I called them (spoke to Jeff) at 8pm and the sent a guy (Kyle) right out. It was a difficult electric problem to solve but he figured it out and got me up and running.

That was a big relief considering it is the middle of summer in Phoenix.

I was here recently doing x-ray for their welds and it was Soo much fun. They placed all of the pipe underneath a large canopy to help us stay out of the sun. The pipe were all on jackstands so we didn't have to bend or crounch and all of the welds were labeled, talk about organized. The staff were helpful and provided water and it was a pleasant place to do some nondestructive testing

I have been here 7 years and love IMCOR!!!! They have opportunities for growth and support the education needed to reach goals. My favorite is the owners and the people that work there are all born and raised in Phoenix. Check out their commitment to giving back to the community!

Driver stopped traffic to get in the right lane, even though there was nowhere to turn right for a mile. At the mile mark is construction so they just had to move back over.
