This review isn’t about how awful Home Depot, the brand, is. The convenience of these stores is amazing. I’m grateful for a place I can shop for thousands of things without having to deal with contractors for everything.

That said, today, was not a great experience. In Home Depot, you’ll either be left alone to fend for yourself with associates avoiding customers at any cost, or you’ll have five associates asking if you need help within a span of ten minutes. After saying “excuse me”, several times, an associate in the hardware/fasteners department, continued to ignore me. So, I tried to squeeze past him and bumped into the two carts he had positioned in the middle of the aisle. I said “I’m so sorry!” He didn’t hesitate even a minute to tell me he would have been finished in five minutes and I could have waited. After I brushed off the incident, he perpetuated the situation by asking me if someone I knew died or what my emergency was. I ignored the associate and continued to the check out.

Customer service training is a vital part of creating a consumer friendly atmosphere. We don’t need fifty hellos or credit card offers, but respect would be ideal.

We had carpet installed. They did a very good job. Love it!

Great service, we’re eager to get the job done and constantly checked in the see if an earlier date worked when a spot opened up. Carpet was installed in a timely manner and did a great job. Only left 1 tiny scuff on a baseboard out of 3 rooms but isn’t even noticeable.

Wonderful experience. They took the pain out of the bad experience of loosing the hot water. They responded immediately and where replacing the water heater same day

Home Depot used Rebath for my 2 bathroom renovations. They were unprofessional and I ended up having to finish the bathrooms myself. I would suggest using a better company directly and avoid the HD middleman as they were only involved in taking the money.

I’d give this place no stars if I couldn’t. Employees won’t even help at all. Don’t go terrible customer service………..

The evening manager instead of being helpfull with the clients is rude and instead of helping out she rather kick people out of the store, she wants to make her job easier for her by being rude to clients.

Terrible customer service. All the way from the manager (Annette) to flooring specialist(Shareen).
I called many times to follow up with my carpet ordering (~3K ticket). They had written an estimate however no one called me to take my order. So I called and after several attempts talked to flooring specialist. She told me that she was able to find my order however was busy and will call me back in few hours. She never called. I called again and talked to the manager. She was unable to help me as she did not know how to find out the lead time to install and the flooring specialist was gone for the day. She promised someone will call me in the morning. No one called. I called back and after few attempts talked with the office manager again as flooring wasn’t answering. She completely blamed it on me by saying that I did not order it last night when I had talked with her. When in actuality she couldn’t help me because she did not know how to find out the lead time.
Finally I was able to talk to flooring specialist again after being on hold for such a long time just to find out that they had sent my order to another home depot in the area and that she couldn’t help me at all and told me to call the other store…so I had to start the process again. These people do not know how to talk to a customer…very unfriendly and incompetent.

Very poor customer service at this location. It is almost impossible to find an employee who can help you. I needed a few pieces of lumber cut, but there was simply no one around who could do it. I walked around the department trying to find an associate, and there was nobody to even ask for help. For a store of this size, this level of service is unacceptable.

A man's playground fun never ends they always stay on top of new projects so if u need it this might be the first place to look for so u won't have to be waisting ur time somewhere else enjoy and good luck get her done!!!!

Sveto did a wonderful job he was kind and efficient, he did the job in less than an hour. He has been a technician for 20+ years he has a lot if experience and it showed as he carried out and completed his work. Thanks for the great experience Sveto I would recommend this technician to my family and friends.
