Anthony C deserves a 5-star review. He was extremely professional from start to finish, arriving exactly on time . Not only did he fix my electrical Driveway gate with impressive speed, but he also explained what he was doing in a clear, professional way and explained precisely to what the problem was with it not working. Excellent customer service —-in the field (Eric) or the office( Joan, Programming Supervisor(transmitter sales)and front desk operator)…5 Star Team and dependable continuity of staff. ParkPro communicates well with customer in regards to cost estimates(Frank), field notification and scheduling. Our Payson HOA is thankful for ParkPro.

Eric was the tech who came out for the service call. He called MyQ and was instrumental in getting my garage doors and driveway gates connected to MyQ. He also checked both gate electronics and mechanicals for additional PM needed.

Anthony C. was a totally knowledgeable and great repair/ replace technician. The best ever dispatched for my troublesome entry/exit residential gates. He even re-schooled a second gate which had been worked on by a different tech, fixing its poor performance finally. Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The tec Leo was great. His knowledge of the gate systems is extensive. He allowed me to ask questions and provided the most helpful answers. I do have some knowledge of the gate systems. Leo and I got along great, as he allowed me to oversee everything he did.
He requested a quote for a retrofit fix if I have more problems with the safety loop wire.
Hopefully if possible I can request Leo next time a problem occurs.

We had problems with our community gates for months, until we found ParkPro. Every single technician that worked with us was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Payton and Bradley recently did a phenomenal job of installing new equipment for us. I wouldn’t recommend any other company for your gates. They do excellent work at very reasonable rates and are incredibly responsive when needed.

The guys at Park Pro are amazing! They came out to fix our front entryway gates and did an excellent job with installation. They were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They offered multiple bids with comparable pricing as we requested. They walked us through the work they did and how to use the controls as well as helped us order extra garage door openers. They even called us when they had a cancellation to get us in before the holiday which they didn’t have to do and was much appreciated. We worked with Kevin, Payton, and Jonathon. Highly recommend and will continue using them in the future.

Great company! We've had them out several times for various projects. Dan schedules well, he and his team are punctual, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and quick (with care). He wired our outdoor kitchen a few years ago. This year we had him seperate the power on 2 bedrooms so the breaker would stop popping along with adding an electric car charger to the garage, and tons of pot lights to the 3 entry way arches, livingroom and our movie room. We also had him add 2 accent lights to the top niches of our livingroom built-ins.
