There's parking in front of office for overnight.Or park on the street. And unload me at 7am after they load theire company trucks.

I usually end up stopping by for miscellaneous components when im at a customer site in town. They are always very helpful and have a lot of Allen Bradley parts in stock.

Amazing experience with Border States, called looking for a rare fuse, worked with Thomas who called over town to assist in finding the piece. He set up the purchase with another distributor using his account. Was able to pick up the fuses before EOD and I had my unit back up and running by 5pm. Will be using them in future. Thanks Thomas!

Truckers get ready spend alot of time waiting here , they don't value our time here at all! I've Missed multiple deliveries cus these guys always hold you up !

*TRUCK DRIVERS* DO NOT COME HERE! They make you wait out in the streets for one dock. Always busy. Closes at 12pm. This place is a joke and hopefully gets shutdown

Great place to buy your electrical products very rarely do they not have what I need.
Very friendly staff and always will to help.... oh and knowledgeable people unlike some of the other places I've used in the past. Fast counter service as well is a plus when your trying to get a job done

Truck Drivers Beware! We made an appointment 24 hrs in advance to deliver as their policy stated. We received the ok to deliver the next day between 7:30a-1p. Arrived at 8:07am. Immediately checked in with the Receiving Department. They told us to pull up behind another truck in line. We noticed if we did that we would block their docks so decided to wait; we untarpped in the street to save them, and us time. Noticed another driver in front of us. Talked to him; had him go first because he was here before us. One forklift driver. 5 forklifts parked. Employees walking around everywhere. Took 5.5 hours for them to start to unload us. Very unprofessional, very unorganized. Have delivered to 100s of Border States. Most misled bunch of employees I've ever seen.

The unloading process here is an absolute joke, they always take forever!!!! Drivers avoid this place if you can !!! Or get ready to spend alot if time here and miss other deliveries!!

There are no comments to the staff, but to save your time, check your apointment with the receiver, not with the broker (the receiver has his own schedule). Overnight parking is available, you can park on the street. The staff are all polite and past to the meeting having unloaded the day before. Thank you
