I have call customer service several times and left a voice mail with a call back number and I have yet to receive a call back. This is not customer service this is just exceptionally very poor service.

This place is a rip off , I got 2 electrical boxes at 44 dollars unit price , I thought it was expensive but I couldn't find them anywhere else , then I finally found them at a different place and the price was 20 dollars each. I went back to return them and they didn't take them back because they said it was final sale which they didn't say anything to me or nothing was on the invoice saying it was final sale , never would go back to this place . 🤬

The worst ever sales call center. Called for 2 hours and there was no help. Once I got someone on the phone from " CSC DATACOM" they attempted to help but there really was nothing done that actually got someone to call me or attend my call. I just can't imagine how many sales are being lost do to this service. Must be nice to just let customers go elsewhere do to phone service. I'm in the wrong industry LOL.

Excellent service. Open 5 to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
