Maybe have your Drivers drive more courteously when they have your name on your Ford Explorers. Turn signals when changing lanes and making Left Turns into the Right Lane would be awesome.

I see that nothing has changed in years with the employees. If you have the name of your company all over the truck, maybe the driver should:
1: Know what "Yield to ramp traffic" means.
2: When called out on their terrible driving, not flip people off over and over.
3: Not try to start a fight or road rage incident.
