We’ve been using one way electric since we purchased house. We have a generator so whenever there is a possible issue or maintenance needed they are right there. Their follow up is flawless. Preston maintains our generator and is very accommodating on times and keeps track of the uses and maintenance for it. We appreciate the professionalism of the one way staff and electricians.

Jeff LaBelle helped install Tesla wall charger, and he was professional and timely with his service. Finished the install, clean up, and tested the charger within an hour. I’d recommend reaching out to these guys and ask for Jeff.

One way electric technician "Preston" arrived on time for my annual Generac maintaince appointment. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. After preforming the full maintenance process he checked out the 18k Generac to insure it would function when needed. He was friendly and courteous at all times. I am happy with the scheduling process and the staff at One Way Electric. They have a Generac Certification so you know the job will be done right.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE
Jeff with One Way came out to investigate a breaker that was tripping. He found the issue to be wiring related and with further research provided two options. Once the direction was determined One Way immediately scheduled the repair. Jeff had excellent communication skills and kept me apprised. He answered all questions with such a great attitude. Overall One Way exceeded my expectations from initial scheduling, follow-through and customer focus. I highly recommend One Way for your electrical needs.

Their driver today in Peoria at a part of the street with construction almost hit my car as they weren't allowing people to merge in.
