I would like to say I have never used them but I had a very scary incident with one of their drivers this morning around 720am getting on the freeway at Broadway. I was unable to get the driver's license plate but he drove one of the dump trucks pulling a trailer with a tractor on it. The driver didn't signal at all and nearly hit me with his trailer as he cut me off. I did honk at him and he tried to do it again once on the side lanes of 10, new area. I am very respectful of trucks drivers. I work with them as well. But his driver was very unsafe and may be a liability.

They are the worst!! They didn’t even wash the building before painting!! I washed a small 2 foot area of wall and look how dirty the water is! They just painted over it

Evolution is such a great company to work with, they are very responsive and they do a really good job. They have done several jobs for me and I will use them again in the future.

Absolutely terrible, the HOA in my neighborhood contracted them to paint and the workers are terrible. They are extremely loud and rude. They take breaks for hours and scream at each other the entire time. They drive recklessly in the neighborhood. They got over spray everywhere. Left garbage everywhere. Terrible workers no pride in their trade.

Evolution Construction Services is in the process of large stucco wall and wrought iron fencing repair and painting project for us. They are doing an excellent job. They previously completed two projects - a mid-sized and large exterior painting project - and the Associations were very pleased with the work, product and professionalism of the company.

Evolution was a huge success for our HOA community! Their workers were always completing their tasks and got it all done fast. No trash was left behind! I hope my community utilizes Evolution in the future and their workers.

Evo was working on the apt complex I manage. They were contacted to repaint the complex and well as waterproof the damaged walkways. I cannot be more impressed with their service. They performed the work on time and were very conscientious of the residents by posting signs and making sure the work areas were safe. I would highly recommend them for any future improvements.

Hiring Evolution was a huge mistake for our community. Their workers littered, sped down streets and alleyways, used property without seeking permission from the homeowners, damaged items...all with zero accountability. Their communication during the project was abysmal. At this point, we have decided to just get them to leave the property, and we will hire another company to correct the mistakes. Do not recommend.

Chad, Brad, Cliff and Anthony are very professional and have excellent customer service with HOA management and with our Homeowners. I have been in the HOA industry for over 8 years and was very impressed when each day I walked the property, I saw the crew being managed professionally and they kept the job site well maintained. The Association hired Evolution to complete our exterior paint above Building entrances, Common Area courtyards, Pool, and the garage driveway. They utilized a boom lift and directed traffic safely. Their crew kept the grounds clean from all paint debris by prepping the job site each morning and cleaning up after they finished for the day. This was a 5 day project and they communicated with me and our Board of Directors in a timely manner. They structured their schedule according to our needs and completed the project on time. We have another exterior paint project scheduled next year and will definately hire Evolution.

HOA hired them to paint our community and empty buckets of paint are still littered through out the community in addition to the trash and debris they leave behind daily as they work. Poor attention to detail, over spray around doors and trim, not happy with the quality of the work on my unit.

Update they have still not completed the project and have abandoned their dumpster, fencing, ports potties on site taking up parking spots, haven’t seen them in months, job is still unfinished.

Evolution Construction has come to our rescue on two separate occasions. Not only did they agree to an extremely tough timetable we had in place, but their work was far superior to other similar projects done by other companies. I will never hesitate to recommend Evolution in the future as we will continue to use them whenever possible. They are simply, the best.

We had Peter and his team out for some window and shower leaks that ended up requiring large sections of sheetrock and stucco repairs. In my experience, most companies send 1-2 people at a time and work on a job like this for weeks but Evolution sent an impressive crew with all the required skills to do the whole job in less than 2 days. Everyone arrived on time both days, worked with a great sense of care and purpose then left the job site spotless. I couldn’t be more happy with the work. Thanks Peter!

EVO just finished repairing the walkways and landings at my apartment complex. After complaining for a year to my property management company, they finally contracted to do the life safety repairs to our landings that were really becoming a hazard. I almost killed myself a few times walking on them and almost falling down the stairs. EVO was very conscientious in taking care of myself and my neighbors in creating safe walkways for us while the work was performed. They were polite and quick and the job looks fantastic and I feel safe walking on the stairways again.
