I highly recommend Blue Polaris to everybody planning a remodeling project! Blue Polaris completely remodeled our floor, walls, and cabinets, and all of their work is stunning. We weren't sure about a few elements, but they recommended different options and the result is superior.

We own several properties in Phoenix and I hired Blue Polaris Contracting to do extensive interior renovations. I was pleasantly surprised that they met all deadlines and all projects were completed within the initial budget. My previous experience using other GCs was far from great because they always send change orders and delay my projects. That was definitely not the case with Blue Polaris and I strongly recommend them if you need your property renovated within time and budget.

Installed two new toilets and added electrical outlet near the first one. Rodolfo provided a very reasonable quote, did the job well, was very professional, responsive to inquiries and clarification. I bought a Toto bidet that he installed without any problem with the new toilet. Because of the age of the plumbing water supply and the hard water, the pipe broke but he was able to replace the pipe and fix the problem. He’s really a hard worker and able to solve unexpected problems. I was fortunate that he had some available extra time to squeeze my task but he treats your small job like the big contracts that he’s working on. Truly a class act, honest and reliable. Will hire him again without a doubt if I ever need his service again.

Rodolfo did a wonderful job updating our house. We attempted to take out a step-up that was unexpectedly attached to the foundation. Once we determined we were definitely farther than we could handle, we reached out to him. He came out quickly and assessed the situation and was able to give us a quote. His work was above and beyond what we expected and included a couple of things we added as the project went on. I've given it time thought the weather changes and the new door/stucco repair/floor & foundation repair still looks just as good as when he put it in! Thank you for helping update our home out of the 70s.

José and David did a very good job opening up a window in between my kitchen and living room. They did a major opening and reassured me of everything. They also installed a window to look outside and he did some electrical work and outlets. I highly recommend them for their work.
