I have used Williams Mechanical for nine years on numerous large commercial office building projects. They have performed magnificently and with complete professionalism. They are able to value engineer, install split systems, water source heat pumps and cooling towers, including one downtown on a high rise. We have also used them for our plumbing needs. From time to time I have checked their pricing by taking bids, and they have always been very competitive. These guys are top of the line contractors. Super nice people to work with also!

Crazy driver from this company cut me off on the 17.. INCHES from my front bumper and then not a care in the world after. Be careful if you see one of their service trucks!

One of their employees a short stubby guy with beard went bananas in the parking lot of lowes today in his Williams mechanical large truck because he was taking up the entire parking area flipped me off then went in reverse to park. you can tell this guy is completely emotionally out of control and hates his life. The company should terminate him immediately

The plumbing service is decent. The a/c service is a ripoff

NEVER RESPONDS! We are a flooring company and did a job for this company and have not received payment for months and have not had any sort of response. How can a company expect good business when they can't even hold up their end?

If I could give them a zero, I would. This is a terrible company. Their Sunny Plumber group tries to rob you blind. They came out to unclog a drain, which was supposed to be free due to the fact that we had a maintenance plan that covered two clogged drains per year. Instead they tried to tell us that we had major plumbing issues and it would cost over $1500 to jet our plumbing. They didn’t even attempt to unclog our pipes. I called Roto-Rooter and they unclogged the pipe within minutes and we have not had any trouble with it since. I called Goettl to cancel our maintenance agreement. The person in the phone seemed genuinely concerned with what had happened and asked if she could have the plumbing supervisor call me. I said yes, but never heard a word from anyone. I called and told her that I hadn’t heard from anyone and she sired me that I would get a call from him. Again, silence, not a word from anyone. This company should be put out of business. They are scam artists!

Terrible company all around. I wish I could give zero star rating. Let’s just say they hired my company, didn’t pay me on a lot of work and then tried to steal all my guys. Their response. Try and sue me we’ll just get better attorneys!!!!!! I hope no one Does business with them as they are a terrible company.

Lowes gave me an estimate to replace all 3 counter tops in my kitchen. $1700. Call knipp because i dont want to replace all 3, just my 1 island. How much for knipp to do just my island only? Total estimate $1692. $8 dollars cheaper than Lowes price to do all 3... I'd hate to see the estimate for knipp to do all 3.
