Very competitive pricing. They were able to get my roof stripped and replaced in a couple of days, and it looks great! Thomas made sure the whole process went smoothly, and he was able to meet up with me around my work schedule as needed. Great service!

Had a bit of an emergency at my home in Scottsdale, had a good friend recommend Mike and Mike went out to my place THE NEXT DAY. Gave me an honest quote, performed the work over a day soon after the quote, inspected the remainder of my roof and then sent me pictures along the way. TOP DRAWER. Mike was travelling yet still found a way to coordinate and make sure was done. Will recommend to anyone and will be my choice for any future residential or commercial work. Thanks Mike.

I had my roof replaced and Insulation. They were on time and did a fabulous job. Great people, will definitely use them again for any future construction projects i need done. Oh, did I mention the cost, was less than the other 2 bids!

Michael came out to my house did his inspection and from that point on he took care of everything with the insurance company. He got everything repaired like he said and at the price he quoted me. No surprises. His team did a wonderful job with repairs and installation if a new roof. They did such a great job I asked them to redo a backyard patio that was basically falling apart. His team did a great job at a great price. I will definitely call them in the future if I need to. Highly recommend this company.

Reading one or two negative reviews, I am curious if the owner, Sam, has seen them because our experience with this company was great, like the others who left high marks. I was in contact with Sam and Mike for different reasons and both of them were prompt, respectful and easy to work with. The roofing crew cleaned up their 'mess' each day before leaving and they worked hard each day they were present.
We also had our house painted and that was a great experience; such meticulous work and such a nice job was done. Can't say enough good things. Would hire UBS again in the future.

So happy with our new windows! We had used Ultra Building Solutions for a roof issue we had after a storm and they did such good work that we called them when we needed new windows. We had retrofit windows put in and didn’t have to have any stucco work done post install. They were able to work around our tight schedule and were very professional. The house was so clean after the install and our house looks great. We learned that Ultra Building Solutions does all kind of home improvements. We will definitely call them again for our next project!

I had my roof replace by Ultra Roofing Solutions LLC on September 8, 2025, and although they did a good job, I have issues where water runs down my house between the porch roof and the house when it rains. It NEVER did that before they came out. I've called several times and they sent one person out and all he did was "adjust" a foam piece that was supposed to go over my porch roof. THAT didn't help. NOW they refused to answer texts or calls. So much for a warranty. Do not go with this company.
Update: January 30, 2026. Still not fixed.

I had an a/c unit and water heater installed by Adobe and received OUTSTANDING service!!! I have lived in the valley for more than 40 years and I have dealt with my share of trades/services, but no one has treated me as well as Adobe. From start to finish the service, (and employees) were kind, professional and knowledgeable. The team arrived exactly at the time specified, began work immediately and completed the entire project in "HALF" the time I was quoted! I am truly pleased with the efficiency provided. I highly recommend Adobe, they are the BEST!!!

Very nice to work with. On time, workers were friendly, prompt and kept area clean and remove trash when finished. If I get the opportunity to redo my other bathroom I would have these guys do it.
