I met Dale, the owner, a couple of years ago. He came to my home personally to meet me and my wife to discuss what we wanted to do to our home. I explained to him that we wanted a one stop shop for our remodel project and someone to interact with and hold accountable for every phase of the project. Well Dale was that person.

He found the architect, submitted the permits to the city and worked with us every step of the way. He sent us 3D models on an iPad so we could look at the designs and pick the fixtures we wanted. During the height of the pandemic when contractors we walking away from jobs and leaving people high and dry, Dale was consistently available whenever i called and had questions. Dale provide excellent customer service and will continue to work with you until you are 100% satisfied. He is totally professional and to this day 2 years after our project was completed will come by and look at issues whenever i call him.

Even for jobs that have nothing to do with the work he did for me, i still reach out to him for consultation and he is happy to help!. I have recommended dale to several friends and he has done outstanding work for them as well. If you are looking for a general contractor that will give you the personal touch and customer service we all desire, DRC state of the art, Dale is who you want to hire.

Sam and Haley did a great job with the kitchen and bath renovations in a home I was preparing to sell! We ran into small issues here and there but they always handled them professionally and efficiently. I was extremely happy with the finished product. The milgard windows look amazing as well. The delivery time was way off, but the product and installation were top notch! Highly recommend them.

Awesome company and people! I'll recommend them to anyone who needs it.

They just recently addressed the aging roof on my parents house in Maricopa. We look forward to getting s bid for the drywall next

After a huge wind and rainstorm we had Ultra Building Solutions come assess our roof because several rows of shingles were lost. They came the day we called them and gave us the good news that there was no other damage and that they could repair our missing shingles. They were back out in 2 days and had replaced them with an exact match to our shingles. It was super important to us because it was on the front of our house and it’s a short term rental so has to look good! I highly recommend Ultra Building Solutions for their fast and professional service!
Oh and the guy mentioned they have HVAC services so we scheduled a tech to come out. He didn’t try to sell us anything, did a clean and check and said we were good to go. Said we had another couple years on it. With its age he could have tried to get us to replace it, so I was very impressed.
