Next Level Remodeling did a wonderful job on our 2 bathrooms which has stood the test of time. Over 10 years later, we have never had a problem with his work. We have enjoyed their services for various other projects, like tiling several rooms. Their skill and reliability are outstanding and we recommend them highly.

We had some plumbing repairs completed that required the drywall to be cut away. The plumbing company could not repair the drywall. Thankfully we came across Rodolpho. He was quick to come estimate for us, very thorough in explaining the cost & repair estimate, and quick to get the job done. Price was very fair and the job was well done. We look forward to using Next Level Remodeling in the future.

Fall of 2023, Rodolfo repaired and waterproofed our 1000sf wrap-around patio/balcony, including demo of slate tile and all plywood underlayment; structural repairs; complex outer perimeter stucco repairs; new plywood; more stucco repairs; a multi-layer Westcoat Waterproofing System; and finally laying new porcelain tile complicated by outer railing and nine large round pillars. Rodolfo had skilled craftsmen for each type of work. All-in-all a professional job beautifully finished.

Next Level Remodeling is a contractor you can trust. I’ve used them multiple times to remodel bathrooms in my home and install doors, drywall, painting, anything you need. They care about customer satisfaction and quality. I’ve been happy with all the work they’ve ever done and like a good mechanic, I’m grateful I can find somebody I can trust when I need work done I highly recommend them.

I have been working with Rodolfo since about 2012. He has been working on several small projects, including window replacements, dry wall repair work, fence walls, etc. all the way to a whole remodeling project of my main house and a new casita in the backyard. Rodolfo is competent and knows what he is doing. He does high quality work and does not take short cuts. This is rare and I highly appreciate it. Rodolfo is my first choice.

These guys did a fantastic job. I actually called someone else first cause I don’t know stucco from a hole in the ground. After waiting 3 weeks, with nothing scheduled, I looked elsewhere and found Next Level Remodeling. I left a message in their website and got a call back quickly. After exchanging a couple photos of the job, they gave me an estimate and were out the next day. I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely call them in the future when my truck hits my garage again. It was totally the garage’s fault! 😆

This was the second time we’ve hired Next Level for work on our home, and we’ve been just as pleased as the first time. He handled insulation, drywall, and installation of a mini split for our backyard shed that we’re converting into a home gym. The quality of his work was excellent, and everything was completed as promised. Communication was smooth and his professionalism stood out throughout the project. Rodolfo did a fantastic job on refinishing my Master Bathroom. My husband and I were so pleased, we had him do our guest bathroom as well. We recently purchased a home in Sun City and had Rodolfo paint the interior of the house. He was very helpful in making a recommendation of painting the ceiling white to brighten up the rooms as we choose a sandstone color for the walls. This added touch made all the difference and I have received a lot of compliments on the inside painting. I highly recommend Rodolfo for any home improvement jobs.

I called to William’s Mechanical after seeing a few good internet reviews on this company. As a single woman (and single mother) I have been taken advantage of by some of the bigger HVAC companies charging exorbitant prices because I don’t know that’s not what they should be charging me. My AC went out in Phoenix in the middle of July, so I called Williams Mechanical and they got a technician to my house within 90 min. My unit is 15 years old, so I was afraid that he was going to tell me I needed to replace it. Nope!! He replaced a couple fuses On the unit and told me that it was working fine now. He advised me that my compressor motor was also 15 years old and was looking a bit shabby. I should consider replacing it at some point in the future so it wouldn’t die on me and leave me stuck without AC again. I asked HIM to please give me an estimate for that so I could plan for that expense. He told me that the office would send an estimate to me. Never did he try to push me to do that. And replace my AC unit? Nah! He said it’s running fine. Keep using it until it dies. I was really impressed with Williams Mechanical. Fixed my issue same day, quickly, affordably and with integrity.

We have used Williams Mechanical for air conditioning maintenance/repair for about two years now. They have always been honest, forthright, and very knowledgeable about air conditioning systems. Their pricing is very reasonable too. Our current air conditioner is very old and they have always been able to jump start it again. We are looking to get a new A/C this summer and will be using Williams Mechanical for its installation and purchase. We trust them.

Williams Mechanical was recommended to us by a friend and from the moment I called them until the completion of the job, customer service was at the forefront. We had all of the hot and cold water pipes replaced in addition to a drain line in the kitchen.

They talked to us like we were part of the process and not just the customer. We asked questions and were answered in a courteous, respectful manner. They offered suggestions if we were unsure about anything to do with the job. They were on time and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner.

This was a residential job and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any plumbing done. They are reasonable, customer focused and do good work. Kudos to Rocko and Dave and James, who also assisted for a couple of days. I believe that Tim Williams is the owner of the company and he surely understands that he definitively has assets with these employees.

We have hired Williams Mechanical twice now for plumbing jobs at our property. Both times, I have been more than happy with their work. From the dispatchers answering the phone to the technicians who've worked in our home, they are professional, courteous and knowledgable.
When I ask questions, they answer thoroughly without talking down to me - a huge deal to me as a woman and a homeowner.
Their work is excellent and reasonably priced and they clean up after themselves, leaving my home clean or better than they found it. Wow!

I can't recommend Williams Mechanical highly enough. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
