Love Pools has been taking care of our pool and spa in Scottsdale for over 3 years and they have been terrific! Michael Love met with us and gave us great advice on a pool renovation. They provide great service and are excellent to work with. They recently fixed an issue we had with our heater when we had guests in town for the weekend who wanted to swim. I really appreciate the quick responses and would highly recommend them!

We are new to the beautiful Paradise Valley in a stunning new house with a magnificent pool and we needed a service to take care of it and our builder told us about Love Pool Care. Well they are wonderful! Amazing customer service they are so prompt and address any issues very quickly and thoroughly. We just adore our pool tech Jason, he is so wonderful and does a great job. We feel so blessed to have him! I would highly recommend Love Pool Care to anyone who wants their pool taken care of with Love.

In the 18 yrs of living in AZ and owning a pool we have never found a company that does such an amazing job! Our pool has never looked this clear! Jason, that services our pool is so kind and keeps are pool crystal clear. They also replaced my sand filter and it works better than ever! Can’t say enough, you won’t be disappointed EVER!

I have had the greatest experiences with Love Pool. My pool tech Scott is very conscientious and thoughtful in keeping me informed about the upkeep of my pool. He's happy to discuss issues I have questions about and always provides a reasonable solution. I have so much confidence in Scott that when it was time to install a pool heater, I talked it over with him and he suggested I call Love Pool for the work. I found their pricing to be reasonably competitive with other companies in the valley, so I chose to go with the company I already trust. I am definitely a happy customer!

Love Pool is a wonderful company. Jeremy had been with us for 3 years! He is always right on schedule, never misses a cleaning, takes such great care of our pool! He is so kind, lets hs know if anything is outstanding to update and is a great asset in keeping our tropical backyard in looking amazing! Jeremy is top notch!!!

We have been with Love Pool Care for about 10 years and are favorite thing about them is Scott! Scott has been our pool cleaner for quite awhile and I don’t know what we would do without him!! Scott makes sure our pool is perfect for us as I have some skin issues. He really goes above and beyond for his customers, and treats them like family. He really is so kind and so helpful. Not only is he a pool cleaner and takercareer, he went out of his way to help me when I was stranded at my house because of a dead battery and Scott went to get his personal vehicle to jump my car, as well as gotten packages for us. He is the best!!!!

Manuel cleaned our pool and left it looking amazing. The water is clear and blue. He has never failed to have our pool clean and ready for our next get together!

Love Pool Care is an outstanding company. We have been clients for years, at our current residence and at a previous one. Anytime we experienced issues or have questions the staff is always able to steer us in the right direction making sure that things are handled quickly and efficiently.
Jeremy, our pool technician is Awesome. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but has a terrific personality to go with that knowledge of pool services. He never misses a visit that we aren’t given advance notice of. It’s obvious by the care he gives our pool, he likes what he does. He always shows up with a smile, even when the temperature is 115 and the pool is covered with pollen and petals. He’s the Best..

Manuel is our service tech from Love’s Pool Care. He does a great job each week keeping our pool on track. He’s also very helpful when we ask questions so we can keep up with maintenance during the rest of the week. He’s also very patient with our German Shepherd who likes to bark at him!

Love Pool Care is amazing! Our tech, Scott, is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and always has a smile! He always texts us ahead of time when he's coming so we can put our puppies in the house. If we need a repair, they coordinate internally and send someone out right away. We have had many pool companies in the past, Love Pool care is the BEST!

Love Pools is our third company and boy, what. Difference! Jamie has been the beat pool tech we have ever had. He is very professional, efficient, and obviously cares enough to do. Michael Love has started and grown a GREAT pool service company that has expand far behind that in to remodeling renovations and new builds.

I’ve been with Love pool care now for just about 16 years . They have fair competitive pricing and most importantly they have great and caring pool techs that I have to believe come from the way Michael Love manages the company.

I am so do grateful for Love Pool. I literally could not say enough good things about them. I request so many things and they meet my requests and deadlines every single time. I have had them fir at least 10 years. I text their office ALL THE TIME and they always reply immediately and have answers and even super friendly. I have a so with autism and chemical allergies quite severe. They make sure the pool is warm and in perfect atmosphere and environment for him. Were not the easiest customer I know. Including prepping the pool before and after for our dance school parties for tons of kids. I am really grateful and I HIGHLY recommend them. I do not know another pool service who does as much as Love Pool.

My experience with Love Pools has been inspiring. A year ago I purchased a home with a pool having never owned a pool before. I decided on a pool cleaner after a quick Internet search. I was only able to text the owner, but did explain that this was a second home where we would not be there much of the time and I was relying on him to take care of the pool.
The pool was always dirty even after a cleaning, but it was the growth black algae that finally drove me to look for another pool caretaker.

I drove out to Love Pools with pictures of my pool. After that visit, Ryan from Love visited the home and pool the next day. He explained that the pool filter equipment was old and not functioning properly and that the water chemistry was not correct. He quoted me a reasonable price for the new equipment and then spent two hours working on changing the chemistry in the water.

Two days later, the new equipment was installed and just as he said, the pool water was transformed. It was amazingly changed! Aerators and pop- ups I didn’t know I had began to work again. An additional dedicated vacuum line was installed, again because of Ryan’s advice, and the pool vacuum actually works efficiently now.

Unlike the previous company, the maintenance service included the pool sides being brushed every visit and, due to diligent monitoring of the water chemistry, the black algae is almost gone. Everything Love pool told me would happen if I followed their advice has happened. I can text Ryan anytime if there is a problem and it is addressed immediately.

We are going to have the pool resurfaced later this spring and Love pools again provided a reasonable estimate for that project and the will do it. I remain truly amazed at how much Love pools cares about customers service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Valley who has become frustrated with their pool service as I had become. I don’t worry about my pool anymore.
