The carpet had never been cleaned (!) It’s like a new carpet now. Jacob offered a couple of options for this carpet, which turned out to be very beneficial. It’s cleaner than ever, and smells so much cleaner! I’m glad I opted for the sanitizing and deodorant option. I didn’t know that was even a possibility aside from “just” cleaning.

Stanley Steemer badly mishandled a Category 3 (grossly contaminated) water loss on an insurance claim.

They dried the area and called the job complete, leaving contaminated materials in place. I had to reopen and escalate the claim myself to get proper handling of contamination, something that should never happen on a Cat 3 loss.

During mitigation, personal property was thrown away, and Stanley Steemer later told my insurance carrier that items did not exist, including a shower head and a cabinet that were present. Those statements were used to deny parts of my property claim.

I was forced to obtain my own copy of the IICRC standards just to confirm whether work was being done correctly. Even worse, the project manager reporting to the carrier was never on site.

I was not the client, my insurance company was, yet I bore the consequences of premature closure, inaccurate reporting, and improper mitigation.

Document everything if you use Stanley Steemer. Do not assume standards will be followed.

Daniel was so thorough in his work! He made sure all spots came up and was really dedicated to providing a great outcome to our carpet and chairs! He removed stains from two toddlers we never imagined getting out! Thank you, Daniel.

Juan is a super friendly guy , and very accommodating. These guys dealt with an uncommon situation, wall to wall carpeting in a Peterbilt 579 Semi Truck. Top quality products and quick efficient work! Will definitely use them again in the future.

I had my sectional cleaned by Vangel, he was awesome. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to get my couches clean. He even put little guards on the corners of my walls to protect them from the hoses and I thought that was a really nice touch. I live in an older home but he treated it like it was a mansion . Great service.

Scheduled for 11 AM. Got a text at 10:05 that they would be there in 20 minutes. Rearranged my whole day to get there by 10:30 and they still didn’t show up till 1105.
Upon arrival, of course there was the upsell that I couldn’t really argue against so I let them run my bill from $180 up to $355 plus tip. Be very cautious when scheduling.

Although I feel your price is high, (I paid 143.00 for a small room). The work was well done. And your tech, Daniel was friendly and professional. Over all I would recommend, sometimes you have pay more for quality service.

Jesiah was the technician at my house today and he was the nicest, most professional person I could ask for. Such a good cleaning my carpets got as well! Ask for Jesiah when you call Stanley Steamer. You won’t be sorry!

It sounds like we would have had an amazing experience based on other people’s reviews, but we didn’t get that far. What was suppose to be a $600 job turned into $1200 because we were told that our floors would require a “stripper” treatment. I mean I can haphazardly push water around my floor and wet/dry vac it up too if that’s all you do. Classic upsell.
On a side note do yourself a favor and do not accept an appointment time of between 12-5. That’s our fault. He did show up before 5 barely and had we let him “clean” he said he would be there until 9pm. Already gave these guys 5 hours of my life, 8 if you count the fact I stayed home from work for this. I wasn’t about to give them any more of my time.

Arnse did an amazing job cleaning our carpet and couch. He's very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would definitely use him again. In addition, it was easy to schedule an appointment online and communication from the company was excellent.

If you need your carpets and furniture cleaned- you know this company. Did you know they also clean tile and grout ? They made our expensive kitchen tile look like new ! And they redid all the grout in a light gray ( instead of the original white ) to match our cabinets !! The floor is stunning. If you’re frustrated trying to clean kitchen grout or it’s looking dingy, that sealer you put on is long gone. Get Stanley Steemer, worth every penny.

Did great job in cleaning carpet. Wanted to know trouble spots in each room after work done asked to go through all rooms to check them. Gave good instructions on after care of cleaned rooms We are pleased with Alexander’s pleasant work ethic

They sent someone right away.
Vangeli was the person that came to deep clean our couches. He was on- time, very polite, friendly and super professional at the same time. He did a great job and made our couches look like brand new.

Vangjel did a fantastic job on both my tile & carpet! It's just incredible how clean they both look & the color used on the tile grout is quite beautiful. I thought I was going to have to get new tile throughout the house, which was built in 1979. It looks brand new! And, the carpet stains came right out without a lot of effort.
