I was especially impressed by their attention to detail and the high-quality equipment they used—including wall corner protectors, which showed real care for my home. I had a great experience with Ultimate Floor Care. They came to restore our marble floors and I was so impressed with the outcome, they look brand new. My floors previously looked dull and dirty but now they look amazing, like a show piece. I can't say enough good things about the Ultimate Floor Care and the owner, JJ.

JJ did a great job cleaning our carpet and porcelain tile floors. The tile is like new and grout looks amazing. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very reasonably priced. We plan to have him come back on a regular basis. Highly recommended!!

JJ and his team recently completed a restoration of the travertine flooring in my entire condo. They did an excellent job throughout! Don't move into a home until you have Kiwi Services clean the air ducts! The first time I used Kiwi I was amazed with the results. The home I bought was older and my allergies were so bad after I moved in. Kiwi cleaned the air ducts and the change was immediate! Now, we have purchased a home and did a major remodel. It doesn't matter how often it's cleaned, the dust and dirt in the air and on every surface is unbelievable. I won't move into the home until after Kiwi cleans the air ducts!

KIWI is always prompt and they do a great job. The carpets smell and look clean when they are finished. And I have pets! They use real carpet cleaning techniques. They do the job they say they will do without trying to up sell you on services you don't need. I don't use anyone else anymore to clean the carpets.

I have used Kiwi for upholstery cleaning and air duct cleaning services. Every time the technician is thorough and leaves the serviced items extremely clean. They have great customer service and are very easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone!

We have used Kiwi about four years. Although the initial charge is higher than average, if you factor in the cost over the one year period, assuming you take advantage of the carpet cleaning three or four times throughout the year, then the average cost per cleaning is below average. So, overall, you are saving money, and your carpets look clean year-round.

I have never been unhappy with Kiwi Carpet Cleaning. They are always on time, they are knowledgeable about how to get stains out of the carpets, and they are courteous and have always successful in cleaning my carpets. I highly recommend them!

I would stay away far from this company, they caused damages to my home and didn’t want to take the responsibility to pay for any of it. I contacted kiwi services to clean all of my air vents, the worker did a well job but after he left I noticed my ceiling in a couple of the rooms were damaged and cracked. Also noticed my dryer was not working as well. I contacted customer service with pictures of the damages and they sent a specialist to look at the damages. After further review they decided they were not going to pay or fix any of the damages as they said no way they could of done that. I’m just upset that a well known company would hide and run from damages they created now I’m stuck paying.

This was the second time we used Kiwi. Both times our carpets looked like new. Just as impressive, both Kiwi technicians were very personable and professional. Kiwi is the only carpet cleaner that will touch the carpets in our Denver home.

Awesome experience! Their service beyond exceeded our expectations! They not only came and picked up our rug but delivered it back to us at no charge. They took great care of our rug and brought it back in the same condition as the day we originally bought it! We are kiwi customers for life!!

I have used Kiwi multiple times for carpet cleaning. They're everything you want in a carpet service. I remain most impressed by the red wine stain they pulled out of my tan carpet in an apartment I was renting that had been there for months. I never expected it to work that well but it did.

I'm giving them a three just because the scheduling was easy and the guy showed up on time. In terms of the carpeting... it literally looks exactly the same. There were a few minor spots I expected to be gone that weren't even any lighter... they were so minor that I got the woolite carpet cleaner out when I got home and they came right out. Also, the high traffic areas still looked the same. These carpets hadn't been cleaned in years so seeing basically no improvement is a shock

I wish I would have been home when they were there because I definitely would have voiced my displeasure before they left. I've had carpets cleaned many times in the past and never have I seen such minimal improvement.

UPDATE: I am changing my rating to a 4. Kiwi's customer service was great, they sent someone else out right away with no questions asked and the carpet looks MUCH better. Thank you!

I have been using Kiwi since 2011 when I bought my current home. They have done the carpet in one bedroom which I buy a warranty for and then I am able to have it cleaned as many times as I want for an extremely inexpensive rate as many times in a year as I want. I have also had my air ducts done, my oriental rugs taken out cleaned and repaired and my area rugs in my master bedroom and dining room cleaned. They are beyond reasonable and helpful in every way. They also run alot of specials so many times you can get two-fors. You can't go wrong with Kiwi.
