Really wish I could leave a good review but I could have done better with a carpet cleaner from Walmart. My renters room was really bad to begin with but my bedroom ended up with a dark patch when they were done. I didn't even wear shoes in this room. The carpet by the glass door where you go out still had a dark spot. The renters room was bad and you could see where the machine hose went and cleaned and didn't clean. Maybe the machine was having issues. I guess my biggest issue was being ignored about the issue and correcting it. I get it, people want to complain and get their money back when good service was provided but I'm not one of those people. I've steam cleaned a lot of carpets over the years.

They did a amazing, I had a black stain and it came out. I will be using them again. They did 4 bedrooms and 2 rugs. Everything looks brand new.

Very responsive, respectful and thorough! He was able to get the dreaded slime and play doh stains out of my carpet! The citrus smell is so much better than the other smells I’ve had linger from other companies I have used in the past. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and neighbors.

Highly recommend I called and had an appointment for the next day. Communication was great. Their technician Greg was very professional, friendly, and punctual. He made sure that all my concerns were taken care of. They even offer a 10% military discount on anything above minimum rate. I give them five out of five stars.
