I have worked with Buildingstars Phoenix at multiple different buildings. Great service. They provide our paper products and soap for all of our properties at a much better price than I can get. Highly recommend Ryan and his team for your commercial cleaning needs!

We gave this company one year to meet our needs. There were no shows several times. The cleaners didn't want to clean on the days I needed cleaning. They had their own proposed schedule. Their cleanings were surface clean, at best. We often had to re-mop our floors!

We complained and complained. A supervisor would show up and pacify us. However, the work didn't improve.

A higher up manager met with us and asked us to keep them. He promised an improvement or we could cancel at any time.

Then the supervisor came in with a 20% increase in fees. I said no. I was canceling the service. I allowed one more cleaning.

Then the bill came for another month. I had already hired someone else. Buildingstars says that I owe for this month due to my contract.

What about the conversation with the regional manager? I still wasn't happy. So I canceled.

I didn't pay the bill. Now they've sent me to collections.

Don't do business with this company. They do poor work and do not stand behind anything except getting their payment no matter what the circumstances.

This cleaning company is great! They consistently do an outstanding job. The team is professional, thorough, and always leaves our workspace spotless. Their attention to detail and reliability have made a significant difference in maintaining a clean and pleasant office environment. Highly recommend their services!

We hired building stars about 2 years ago to clean our office building. The first year, we had a lot of issues with our cleaning person who was assigned to our building. Things were not being cleaned properly, items in our office were left out of place, doors were left unlocked, even reckless placement of cleaning equipment damaged some of our walls and furniture. After so many incidents, we reached out to our account manager at the time who was very helpful and responsive to the situation. He came out and assessed the building and listened to our complaints and assigned a new cleaning person to our building. Since then, we have had no issues! The new lady is wonderful! She’s very thorough and respectful of our office space. I also appreciate how every so often, the account managers stop in just to ask how things are going or if any changes need to be made. Although we had a rocky start, this is a great company and they really seem to care about their customers! As of now, we are very happy with the service we’ve received!

Joanna and her team are the best cleaners our business has ever had! She is extremely detailed and easy to communicate with. We are in an older two story building with large floor area, many desks and 2 bathrooms. She keeps our business very clean for all of us working here and all customers that come into the office. I highly recommend Joanna!

Left the containers out. They came and did they’re thaannggggg. Such a great service. I didn’t think the cans were going to be THAT clean.

Had our first cleaning on May 12th, 2023 and I was very impressed by the good job they did and also like how they keep up with the city's trash schedules and text me to remind me of when is the next cleaning. I would recommend them 100% and they also offer a lot of different price packages.

I contacted the company after finding spilled liquid after a trash pick-up date that hardened and became pungent. They came about a week after and kept in contact with reminders before and after the service was completed. I recently used them again and was left satisfied again. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have been using Can Clean Pros for almost 3 years. They do such an amazing job cleaning the cans and I’ve never had any issues with their cleanings. I recently got a third trash can for my home and they had no issues with adding it to my plan and cleaning it too. The price is well worth the service and Dan & his team are amazing!

They did a great job with my 2 bins, pretty sure they never smelled that good even when new :-) I will definitely use them again & refer them to others!

Worth every penny! I don’t own a pressure washer and cleaning my own cans with a hose and elbow grease would have easily taken an hour. Leon M. arrived and knocked out the dirty job in 15 minutes tops! My cans look great and smell great and I love that they will be back in 3 months to do it again. Great service!

Not only did they get our garbage cans really clean but the deodorizer they use got rid of that horrible smell. And they text you before and after photos when they are done. Very happy with their service and was so worth the very reasonable fee they charge! I highly recommend Can Clean Pros!

The cans look fantastic! Came out when they said, and did a great job.

It was more than I expected. I thought a simple scrub or power spray. It is a series of a few steps. Wash, disinfect and they even get the garbage smell out. Here are before and after.

We just moved into our new home. The garbage cans were so disgusting that I was almost too embarrassed to have someone look at them. Can Clean Pros came out and they look like almost new. The pricing is excellent and they came quickly to clean them. I signed up for their every 3 month program because of the value. So thankful for them.

They came out so clean and they look so much better, we recently moved in and I noticed the cans were disgusting but Can Clean made the cleaning process so easy and again they look amazing! Will def use this service again when needed and the price for 2 cans is fantastic.
