Previous owners left a HORRENDOUS bin !!! Taking out the trash was a job no one in my house wanted to do ! If it weren’t for a family member telling me there’s a company that can clean them , I WOULDVE NEVER KNOWN 😭 Put in a request & VERY NEXT DAY, they were here !! QUICK & AMAZING work !!! now i’m smiling taking out my trash 😂🤪

They came on time within the timeframe they have shared. They were quickly and left my trash bins looking brand new.!! Plus they smell great!!

I didn't know this sort of service existed. I'm so grateful it does. Our garbage cans were DISGUSTING. I've never experienced maggots in the garbage bins before but that's what happened. I threw some litter in there to kill them, I don't know if worked or not but the smell was so rancid, it didn't matter, it needed to be cleaned.
I paid for the service on Tuesday, my trash gets emptied on Thursday, they came today on Friday. Pretty quick service but the difference is amazing. My garbage cans actually smell good. Not neutral but good! I only did the one time service because we're going to move soon and doing a monthly plan wouldn't work. But will definitely be using these guys again in our next house.

Just moved into a new place here, and the trash cans were disgusting.. so bad I didn’t want to touch them to open them or move them lol.
We hired the Can Clean Pros.. left our cans out after trash day and they were clean by 8 AM the next day. VERY clean! Ive never said a trash can smelled good before .. but I did today!

Cheap, easy, 200 degree water with sanitizer and deodorizer! Not just super clean but smells like new! I’m signed up for $35 every 3 months! So worth it n this AZ heat! All set up, they remind you of your upcoming appts. Auto bill after service!

My trash receptacles were in bad shape from previous owners - they now look brand new inside and there is no lingering smell - I can lift the lid without holding my nose and walk by without holding my breath. Highly recommend.

Update: They reached out to me and we resolved the issue. Though I did mention they need to empower their customer service team to resolve issues and not need to escalate matters. It looks a ton better. So for that I am upping from 1 to 4 stars over 5.

Absolutely abysmal communication from these clowns. Took them FOUR pathetic attempts to get my address right on my first service—like, do you people even own a map? Ever heard of Google Maps? The rest of the modern world has!

Then, in a masterclass of incompetence, they wait until 6 p.m. the night before to text “Hey we’re coming tomorrow lol” then after I’d already told them I was out of town until Friday. Their genius solution? Slap me with a $10 “rescheduling fee” because heaven forbid they inconvenience themselves.

Zero email reminders, zero flexibility, zero brains. They couldn’t care less if your cans rot in the driveway—they’ll still happily bill you while prioritizing their precious little route over basic human decency.

This isn’t a company; it’s a scam wrapped in a trash bag. Sprint away from these hacks before they stink up your life too.

I'm so pleased with the outcome! Look at the before and after photos, yikes! My neighbors have had the service for several months and I flagged down the tech today and was signed up very quickly. They are thorough, professional, courteous. I signed up for the quarterly service.

Moved into a home which cans were extremely filthy. I saw an add on Instagram and thought I’d try them out. I was not disappointed! They did an incredible job getting these trash bins clean and smelling good as well. So thankful! Here are before and after photos 🤩 - thank you, Can Clean Pros team!

First time customer. Was happy to see a promotion offer, BUT....
2 pictures of my trash and recycable bins are the AFTER picture!? Very disappointing, looks as if it was MAYBE rinsed out only? Recycling bin has a light scent of pine sol and the trash bin just smells like stinky trash. Serviced on a rainy day so I can not say much for the outside. Contacted them via email with same pictures because their feedback via text was not working and had to leave them a voicemail since no one answered the phone. Got an automated email response stating :
" We appreciate you reaching out to us. We apologize that your first service was not up to our standards and would love to get back out to you this next Tuesday to ensure that we can give your bins a proper service."

"To my standards" ? Not sure if an uncleaned bin is THEIR standard? Honestly my standards are not high, just was expecting actual clean bins. Their video advertisement made by the owner says we could "eat off of them" thats how clean they get them. So, who would want to eat off of my "serviced" trash bins?

Hope they actually do their job properly next week?! I regret paying for their every 12 weeks package!

He was very knowledgeable on the products needed and explained the process for the best outcome. Very courteous and professional. Did a wonderful job

I thought he was cool people and a good business man, he came and did a great job The first time,
the second time we called him, me and my daughter, he no-showed, told us he had a flat tire and said he would be back in a couple hours and never showed up and when we tried to call him again he blocked us.
I Do not recommend people like this that do you like this? We had everything taken apart, ready for him to do his thing.
If I could give this guy Anthony a zero STAR, I would or a negative.
People like this ruins for other people, this is bad business

What a waste of time. My dad recommended this guy to me for cleaning. Was suppose to come at 9 AM today. Texted me he had a flat tire and will come around 9:45 AM - 10 AM which was not an issue with me. Here comes 10:30 AM and still hasn’t showed up. I called 2 times and the # was disconnected/not in service. My dad texted him on instagram and got blocked instantly. I called him on another # and call went through and he answered. Turns out I was blocked as well on my phone #. Not cool. I got everything cleaned up ready so he has space to clean. Should have said something if he didn’t want to service us anymore. I don’t recommend this business. I’m confused as to what I did to get blocked and ghosted.

Can’t recommend Anthony and his team enough! They did the impossible and brought my carpet back to life.

This guy is a great guy. Blowing smoke up your butt. He is late, has shoddy equipment. Always has an excuse. DO NOT HIRE HIM! $300 down the drain.

Exceptional customer service, and the best price I could find. Definitely give these guys a call.
