Do NOT use this company...they didn't show up on 4 different times for appointments. Never showed up...Do NOT buy a Groupon..save yourself a headache....

Joke, very inconsiderate of customers. No shows, leave you in compromising situations and say we will come out tomorrow. Do not honor window schedules.

Tried calling for an estimate and the woman answering the phone was rude and sounded like I was inconveniencing her. I said it sounded like she was busy and I could call someone else, and she kept yelling "I'm fine, so how can I help you?" over and over. Weird experience...

Bought a Groupon for three rooms but only needed one 10x15 room cleaned. Upon arrival the technician wanted another $35 for a deep clean, which was not in my opinion needed as there were only a few light spots. The cleaning was done with just water, and result looks like the carpet was vacuumed. When asked, the technician said "that's why it's so cheap". A complete waste.

I found Sir Carpet through Groupon and upon looking at their website found a coupon for 4 rooms for $79. They gave me a time frame for the following day from 12-2. As 2pm approached I tried to call the company but was placed on hold for a lengthy period of time. Shortly after 2 pm the technician called to tell me he was running late and had half an hour left on his current job and was 15 minutes away. I said this wasn't going to work and that I had already waited 2 hours so to wait another 2 hours for him to come and the job to be completed would have wasted 4 hours of my day. His response was "well you only wasted 2 hours because you had to be there for the 2 hour time slot."After hanging up the phone and canceling my appointment someone from the company called to try to make things right and said he was finishing up and should be there shortly. When I mentioned the 45 minutes I was quoted she said she would check and called back to say he would call when he was on his way. An hour and 10 minutes later he finally calls back (twenty five minutes after his second estimate as to when he would arrive at my house) and after telling him I was unable to wait any longer due to other commitments he states "it is up to you I can come to your house or I get to go home early it doesn't matter to me" clearly more concerned with getting to start his Friday early. I said in the future you should treat your clients time with more respect he proceeded to raise his voice and yell at me until I hung up. This is an extremely unprofessional company that does not value their customers time.

Had a a scheduled appointment for Friday with a two hour arrival window. Was confirmed with an email. They did not show and they would not call or even pick up the phone to respond. I called several times, emailed, and also tried text messaging and they would not respond. Took the time to move my furniture for nothing. Terrible service, totally inappropriate to not even call. Will never use them again.
