I used sir carpet for the first time a couple of years ago. That experience was fine. I believe I paid around $140. For a house with two living room sections, 3 bedrooms, and one hallway. I had purchased a Groupon deal then had to pay more after my carpet was looked at for chemicals required.

A couple years later, I decide to use them again for a two bedroom apt...less than 800 sf of carpet area. I called to ask a couple questions, mentioned the Groupon and told they would honor the Groupon price...not to buy it. I agreed, the day for my appointment arrived and when there was only 10 minutes left on my window I called because no one had came. There was some kind of mistake with the system so I was told someone would come around 1 pm....no one showed up until 2 pm. He took a look at the carpet, said it required chemicals because of a couple of trouble spots and quoted a price that was double the Groupon for $165. I needed it done so I agreed. At the end the spots were still there, $171 was written on the receipt and $179 was charged to my card. It was a really disappointing experience and I won’t use them again. 1 Star because I paid more for a tiny apt than I did for a huge house. Very inconsistent, it seemed like the guy just pulled a price out of his hat.

I used Sir Carpet for the first time today and the cleaning was done very well and on time. Oscar was the service person who was courteous and had good attention to detail. I appreciated his excellent care. I would highly recommend this service.

Joel was great. Prompt, good attention to detail. A successful upsell LOL - the promotion was for 3 rooms and a hallway but for a fair price he did the whole house and threw in some extras. Will definitely use them again.

Joel cleaned my stairs that have not been cleaned in YEARS! So many stains and gunk (it was embarrassing) but he came promptly and made my stairs look brand new! Definitely recommend Sir Carpet and request Joel!

Sir Carpet worked with me to clean the carpets in my house after I moved to another state. They were courteous and easy to work with over the phone. When there was a slight error in the billing of my account (just a miscommunication), they immediately took action to remedy it - no run-around or argument.

If you call this company make sure you request Saul he did a fantastic job. Saul is the only carpet cleaner I’ve ever encountered that cares and takes pride in is work. He got all the pet stains and odor out of my carpet. He spent 5 hours at my house to ensure the job was done correctly. It was the best $257 I’ve ever spent on my carpet. Thanks Saul 💯

Called at 9am saying truck was broke. My window was 9-11. I had literally everything out of my rooms and stacked throughout the house. All they said was we can come tomorrow. I made the appt almost 2 weeks in advance, I don’t want . I luckily found Az Same Day Service to come do the job. I’m glad it worked the way it did, the second people did a great job!

Oscar did a wonderful job on my carpet. I used the groupon deal on three rooms. Oscar was nice enough to quickly rinse the fourth room for no additional charge. I then left a gratuity for his and his assistant's hard work.

The reason that I am leaving a three-star review is because Cheryl with Sir Carpet told my rental company that we only had three rooms cleaned for our move out clean (there are four rooms). To be fair, that was on the receipt. She didn't know that Oscar did a fourth room. My Rental Company: Rentals of America (don't ever use them) decided to then bill me $400 for carpet cleaning for the whole house even though all four rooms were done. I asked Cheryl if she could bill me for a fourth room so that I could prove to Rentals America that I did get the carpets cleaned for my move out. She assured me that once Oscar was back at work she would do it, and she could even call Rentals America to discuss it. She never did follow up with that. I was left with a bill of $500 total from my rental company. The whole point of getting my carpet cleaned was to avoid getting charged any fees for cleaning.

Lastly, I think it is unprofessional for Sir Carpet to have divulged my consumer details with a Rental Company without my consent.

I wish I could give one specific person this rating. In my opinion the company itself is a joke, and the people who run it are useless. That being said the guys that actually come out to do the work should get ALL of the credit for the overall success of the business. Dave has done work for me for years, and I have never been disappointed. His work is always consistent, and the price is always fair. He's cleaned red ink out of my carpet leaving it looking brand new. He's completely restored my carpets after we got a new puppy who was potty training. If you EVER need your carpets cleaned ask for DAVE specifically! I wont let anyone else touch my floors. He is the best!

David was on time, courteous, diligent, and cleaned my carpets of dirt and all cat hair. He also let me know where to get my car upholstery reasonably cleaned. Thank you Sir Carpet. See you again!

I've had my carpets cleaned by Oscar on two occasions, and each time, his work was exceptional. His approachable demeanor and attentiveness to our needs stood out. He made sure that we were completely happy with the outcome. His spot treatment techniques effectively removed all the stains, leaving the carpets looking as if they were just installed. This was the best carpet and upholstery cleaning I have ever had! Leonard was very thorough and took his time to treat several stains in the carpet (specifically dog urine) and made several passes over the worst areas to remove as much of the stain as possible. He was very conscientious about cleaning up after he completed an area and also covered his shoes while walking through the house. I will definitely be using Ultra Steam in the future for my carpets and upholstery.
