Update - Matt took our 2nd story sunshades to be re-screened when he cleaned the windows in May quoting a return date of June. Since June (now 10/18/24) I have had countless phone calls into Matt and his team to get our sunshades back, always with a promise to contact Javier and call us right back but we never get a returned phone call. Matt ensured they have our screens as we asked if they have been lost and we need to purchase replacements. I hate to write a negative review, but we can’t reach Matt and just want our shades back so hoping this reaches him and we can wrap up this transaction.

This was my first time using Signature Window Cleaning. Matt’s crew did a great job on my windows. The attention to detail really impressed me. They made sure that the job was done efficiently and professionally. The only reason that I am giving them a four star rating is that they were 90 minutes late without notifying me about the delay. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
