A trusted friend referred me to Leonard at this company because I had some rather difficult carpet cleaning issues. He did a very good job and kept me informed as he found different issues that needed to be corrected. He worked hard and I was totally satisfied after he finished my carpets and then cleaned my kitchen tile floor. I will be continuing to use his services.

We feel so fortunate to have found Leonard and Ultra Steam Carpet care! Recently we had our carpet, area rugs, tile and grout, upholstered furniture, windows and epoxy garage floor cleaned by Leonard. He did a superb job on everything! The carpet looks new, the tile and grout is cleaner than I’ve ever seen and the epoxy garage floor that I thought was a filthy lost cause looks brand new! I feel so good knowing that our 40 year old home has never been so clean! Leonard is extremely focused and meticulous while he works and really knows what he is doing. We will have Leonard on an annual basis to keep everything looking good and lasting longer!

Pleasantly surprised with the work that was done. My kitchen floor hasn't been that clean in years. I forgot what color it was. My rugs are super clean. I would recommend them to all my friends. They cleaned all rooms in my house

Have been working with Keith and Jean for years on year - honestly ashamed I have not reviewed them sooner. They are always professional - do a wonderful job. Jean - remembers us every time and also keeps track of what was cleaned when - and never upsell if we are lower on funds. But when we have the funds we make sure to use them on everything. Had a water leak in a wall that required extensive repair and replacement of the flooring. His dedication and communication on project were great and could not ask for any better

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

The driver endangered my life while driving in the freeway after cutting in front of me while driving slower and then braking in front of me.

They called me. I don't even live in that town. When I told them to take my name off their calling list they screamed at me that I called them first. Which I did not.
The owner was aggressive! This company is NOT to be trusted if they can't even get basic phone skills down.

Very shady company!!! Hired them because they were recommended from my complex and they are getting paid off by the apartments to come back and say that the carpet needs to be replaced and at the dime of the tenant!!!! Do not use this company!!!! They will screw you over!!! shame on you!

We got our carpets cleaned today by the awesome team from Quality One. We were so happy with how quickly they they were able to get the carpets cleaned. Our carpet is spotless after being cleaned, which is impressive, since we've been here for over 2 years and have 2 dogs!
