My apartment complex provided their service and I am not disappointed. They arrived as scheduled and were in and out in just minutes. Only my bedroom is carpeted but had a few troublesome spots that are now gone. I've heard that some spots in carpets can resurface later, but will wait and see. Will update later if necessary.

The most unprofessional carpet cleaner that we have ever worked with. They rushed, didn't get any spots out and left dirty water and sit all in our driveway. Paid good money and was treated rudely when we said we were not satisfied a few days later. Called another carpet cleaner and they cleaned the carpets for us and they were polite and got all spots out and months later carpets still look great. I highly recommend you do not use Quality One Carpet. Owners name is Bob.

This is the window cleaning service you won't be disappointed in! They can put you on a quarterly schedule to keep your windows cleaned all you're around if you like, which is so convenient. They don't always have to do the inside and outside. Most of the time they just do the outside and schedule the inside once a year. They are quick and thorough also! Matt and his team do an amazing job!

Matthew comes religiously every 4 months and has me on his calendar. He’s thorough doing whatever I need done whether it’s the whole home, inside and out, screens or partial outside only with screens depending on the season and the weather we’ve had. I also have him do my very large mirrors in 3 bathrooms that are not done well enough by cleaners. I would highly recommend him!

Did not show up as scheduled. Could not reach Matt by phone and his voice mail is full, so I could not leave a message. I also reached out by text and email with no response to either. Total no show, it seems. I have a party on Saturday and wanted to have nice clean windows for that, but I guess they think it's okay to no show with no communication. Sorely disappointed.
