Deb and Aurora from Team 1 did a fantastic job deep cleaning ny home. This was the first professional cleaning my house has had since the pandemic began in March 2020. My house sparkled. I will be following up to get my home on their biweekly schedule.

Another fantastic cleaning job by You've Got Maids! I never thought I could afford such a thorough cleaning service on my SINGLE ;) budget. I never have time to clean because of my busy GTL life. They are so efficient that my whole place is always done by the time I am done with CrossFit.

One of the best cleaning companies I have had the luxury of connecting with. I needed some assistance with my startup company and could not find anyone with a reasonable price to help a recently broke college kid trying to make a name for himself. Luckily, I found Mr. Thomas Hill and Mr. Charles Jordan who assured me they could get the job done in a timely manner, with a good price. I am safe to say my company is up and running and we are looking forward to the New Year and everything it has to offer with the help of these fine gentlemen. This company provides house cleaning services every two weeks by the same team member. So we get consistent services each time. She is usually accompanied by 1 or 2 additional people enabling them to complete services in a timely, efficient manner. They are respectful of us, our home and personal property. All are friendly and pleasant; and it is a pleasure having them in our home.

I am a Realtor so I have the occasion to use them often. They are on time, do a great thorough job and I refer them to my clients and will use them whenever I need a job done quickly, right the first time and thoroughly where there are no call backs for missed cleaning areas. I've been using this company for several months. My experience has been positive for the most part. A couple of things have gotten overlooked but my team corrects everything I have mentioned to them. They are efficient and my house always looks better after they are finished. I always get a reminder prior to their arrival and have had no issues with things missing or broken. I appreciate their hard work and attention to detail and would recommend to anyone who is looking for this type of service.

I was really pleased with all that they did. This was the first time that I used them and it WON'T be the last. When you use them your first time, you have to get their standard "DEEP CLEANING" which is typical for MOST companies. This is what I got, and this allowed for the larger number of cleaners than normal, to come and work on cleaning my Condo.
I think there were about 5 or 6 people, so this allowed for 2 people on each floor to work about the same time . My condo has 3 levels.
Since they charge by the hour, this cut down the amount of time they worked, which helped me out cost-wise in the long run.
I loved that they let you review everything that they did before they left, so that they could redo anything if it wasn't to your satisfaction!
Soooo, If anything isn't cleaned, then that , honestly, is on you! Let them know before they leave your house if there are ANY dirty areas, or half done areas.
I look forward to seeing them again next month!

I was recommended You've Got Maids from a friend and they did a great job cleaning my apartment. They were always on time, cleaned very efficiently, and always put my things back the way they found them. A professional and hard working cleaning service that gets the job done.

Update 1/4/2023: I'm really disappointed to have to lower my rating. Ever since I cancelled my monthly cleaning schedule to a quarterly clean (that never happened), I've been getting the shaft. No call/text/email to let me know my appointment has been cancelled, being left on an email reminder list even though I've asked to be removed. I'm not sure what happened between 2022 and today, but the customer service has definitely declined. Such a shame.

I am completely happy with my first monthly cleaning by You’ve Got Maids. Teresa and Jen arrived on time and went straight to work. When they finished up 2 hours later, the bathrooms and kitchen were gleaming, and the tile and laminate floors were sparkling clean. Their help monthly is just what I need to stay on top of my weekly housecleaning.
