I had a few area rugs and carpeted stairs that needed a good cleaning. I hopped on the Thumbtack site, plugged in some info and got a call within 5-10 minutes from Nick. He was able to come same day, offered a price I was very happy with and did an excellent job cleaning the rugs/carpet! He very friendly, I appreciate the great customer service. Anthony arrived on time Monday morning and was ready for work. He assessed the ink stain and lotion stains. All were totally removed leaving my carpet looking new. I was very impressed and thankful I chose Professional Carpet & Tile Cleaning to handle my job. Anthony was quite personable, even doing a small, extra, non-related, job for me. (Moved blue barrel to curb). To me, that was service above and beyond.
