Anthony was fabulous! Professional, communicative and helpful! And my carpets and sectional look great! I had a bit of an issue with some " waves" in my carpet, and he had someone come out and fix it all up for me too!! Highly recommend Professional Carpet & tile Cleaning!

Quick response and turn around time to get the move out carpet cleaning I needed. A better price than others when price matching. Anthony (easy to remember name) was great and carpet looks fantastic (for being green)!

Anthony did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. He was on time and cleaned 2 rooms & hallway in one hour, as he said he would. I was impressed he was so fast, and that the cost was only $99! He worked hard on the heavily soiled traffic areas. And even though the carpet is old, it vastly improved it's appearance. He was professional, friendly and courteous. The steam process and extraction was excellent, and the carpets mostly dried in the 5-6 hour range he had stated. I will definitely have this company back for future carpet cleaning!

I called Professional Carpet and tile cleaning around 7:30pm on Friday expecting to leave a voicemail but Nick answered and we talked about what was needed. I live in WA state and my elderly parents needed their carpet cleaned as soon as possible. My parents are also in different stages of dementia. They have in home caregivers. Nick said they would be out to the home on Saturday between 12-3pm. They arrived shortly before noon and did a fantastic job. They got stains out that other carpet cleaners have not. The caregivers were at the house and said that the carpets looked fantastic and I also got a follow up text the next day on Sunday from the company with pictures of the job they did. I highly recommend this company. They were fast and the price point was fantastic for what they offered. I will be using them in the future and recommending them to all my family members that live in AZ and I have alot. Thank you again!

The office staff was very professional and knowledgeable and the tech showed uo on time, did a fabulous job. I rescue cats and my carpet gets dirty and I was amazed how clean my carpet turned out. It makes me question all the other companies I've used in the pass. This tech did an amazing job, efficient, professional, and went above and beyond. I recommend this company 5 stars all the way around.

Fantastic, quick and professional service. A gentleman named Anthony had come, called me ~45 min before the scheduled time to make sure we were good, and even offered to swing by a bit early if I desired, and WAS a few minutes early to arrive. I was so quick and efficient getting his equipment ready and routing the hose up to my second floor apartment, he was set up before I even had time to get a glass of water.

I've been dealing with a broken hand and struggling with moving, and had a couple things left to get off the carpet when Anthony had arrived. I felt bad for inconveniencing him, but he was kind, patient & professional and went out of his way to even assist me with a few things. This is my first time having ordered a carpet cleaning service, and my expectations were blown back. He was quick and efficient, yet extremely attentive to detail. Vacuumed, washed, deodorized and the carpet looked BRAND NEW afterwards, and apartment smells incredibly clean and fresher than when I had moved in.

Anthony, I know I probably sound like a broken record, but thank you SO MUCH for the work you did at my apartment today, I will never have a reason to ever call another service. Even though my new place is all hardwood and tile, I'm STILL going to be calling up these guys because they offer that too, and based off my experience today I have nothing but positive things to say.

10/10 service, 10/10 availability offering service on the weekends and at both earlier AND later times than any other local cleaner. Trust me when I say you have ZERO REASON to go anywhere else.

Lastly, I'd like to add that the cost of the service is honestly much lower than I had expected, which was icing on the cake.
On top of all that, as he was getting wrapped up at my place, Anthony had received a call from another client and made them the offer to drive out there just to take a look at what they were talking about. These people are the real deal and STAND BEHIND the service they provide!

I had a fantastic experience with Professional Carpet Cleaning. I had an urgent timeline situation and reached out on a Sunday afternoon via Thumbtack. I received an immediate response and followed up with a phone call to schedule for the next day, all within 5 minutes of the initial inquiry. Anthony was very communicative and gave plenty of notice when to expect his arrival. He was pleasant, fast & professional. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

We had a fantastic experience with Professional Carpet & Tile Cleaning. Scheduling was easy, the team arrived on time, and their service was truly professional at a fair price. Our 11‑year‑old carpets hadn’t been cleaned in 10 months, and they made them look amazing. They cleaned 5 bedrooms, a walk‑in master closet, the living room, and the dining room, all with excellent results. We’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Nick from Professional carpet & Tile cleaning Phoenix came in last minute to help us solve a problem in our house. The other carpet cleaners guys we scheduled miscommunicated the arrival and Nick filled in last minute to help us! His steam carpet and sterilization equipment and products were top of the line and was very quick and efficient getting in and out of our house. I will be using his services from now on! Price was affordable and products were thorough.

Lisa and team are very responsive and do a great job in everything we requested.
They do indoor cleaning , and outdoors including landscape maintenance.. took my palm leaves and cleaned my backyard and also they were able to put my patio furniture together.

They were very professional and did a great job ! I had 4 rooms and they were done quickly and he took the time to move stuff to actually do the carpet underneath unlike other company's I have used before. I highly recommend this company and the great service.

I called a number of places and these guys answered and were very courteous. AZ Power Washing and paver sealing power washed our pavers and sealed them afterwards making them sparkle and have all the color come back I am super grateful
