I've never had an experience where the owner worked so hard to make sure the job was done right. I gave him an unusually difficult carpet cleaning job, where a previous company had failed, and the owner continued to return and inquire and follow through until there was no question that the job was a success. I really appreciate the tenacity, the hard work and the careful attention that was focused on getting it done right the first time.

Jan and his associate did a fantastic job on my tile floors. I had a room where a cat box was and the smell was so bad it was making me sick. Jan completely got rid of the urine smell. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

Jan and his partner were great! They normally don’t do apartments for understandable logistics reasons but came back to mine since an adequate spot wasn’t available the first time for unloading his equipment. Once here they got right to work and left my sofas spotless. Pet hair, stains and a couple years of dirt were gone once the solution dried. I highly recommend this service!

Jan came out and cleaned my entire home. We have pets, Jan was able to get rid of all odors from our carpets and sofas. When he cleaned our tile and it looked like it was new again. If you need a quality company to come out and help you in your home call Jan!

We hired Jan and his crew to handle some pet issues that others couldn’t. They were punctual, professional and very courteous. Jan cleaned my light colored and pretty dirty carpeting last week. He explained what he was doing and products used every step of the way. He also gave me helpful advice on how to keep it cleaner in the future. He is very experienced, his pricing was fair, and I am very pleased with how my carpet looks now.

Jan did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my master bedroom and my guest bedroom after my tenant and her two chihuahuas moved out. His work was prompt and professional, without making any attempts to upsell me on services that he knew wouldn't work. I highly recommend his services!

Jan did a wonderful job on the carpets I had cleaned by him. I even had him do some repair work at doorways where the tenants dogs clawed it up. Some stains that i thought would not come out did. I highly recommend his service.

Found Jan by chance when I had a water line leak in my laundry room. While he wasn’t able to help me then because he was already busy, he did call me the next morning to check on things. This one act had him come out to clean the same room. He noticed the mineral marks from the water and was able to get it all out. My cream colored carpet looks amazing again. I’ve referred him to my parents already. Great job Jan!

I have known Jan for several years and the new owner of the bar that I work at hired Jan to do the floors here. The owner was super happy and the floors looked great! The floors are cleaned on a regular basis, but seeing all the dirt that was pulled up while he was doing the floors was unbelievable! Super happy with the work and we will be using him again for sure.

The Maids of Scottsdale are AMAZING. I can’t say enough great things about Angela, Katie, and Arthur of Team 9. I have had the service for several months now and I couldn’t be happier. These guys are quick, reliable, dependable, efficient, thorough, etc….the list goes on. I always get a courtesy text the day of service for when to expect them which is so helpful. I trust these guys completely, I gave the company a spare key and the key is left at the office locked up until the day of service. Every person I have spoken to in the company has been extremely nice and accommodating. Back to team 9, they make my place look FANTASTIC every week. I don’t have a big place and yes, it probably would pretty easy to do myself, but these guys make it look like new every week and I find their service priceless. I keep questioning why I didn’t start this sooner!! I absolutely love coming home once they have been there, they get things I certainly would have missed and make the place sparkle. If there is ever a room or area you don’t need cleaned you can just close the door or leave a note and they will do as instructed. Along with any special requests, just let them know what you need and they make it happen. Another added bonus is that they bring the equipment and supplies, I literally do not have to supply anything, and if there is a product you want them to use, they said to just leave it out so they know to clean with it. Once they complete the cleaning they leave a checklist of what was done, so you can see all the great work they did and all the detail they put in each and every time! I honestly can’t thank them enough, they, hands down, make my life easier and the service is invaluable in my life.
