We have loved our experience with The Maids of Scottsdale. The team is fantastic and friendly. They do a phenomenal job each and every time. We have moved away and will miss them greatly!

We had the team do a cleaning for showing the house that was beyond amazing. They also did our post move out cleaning, which was far above and beyond in an unexpected way. Not only did we get a thank you from the new owners for leaving such an immaculately clean house, the team also rescued all of our prized Christmas ornaments, which were accidentally left in a closet.

Not only have we loved The Maids of Scottsdale for years, they have also saved our Christmases forever!

My experience with Kayla, Holly, Richard, Helen and the rest of the crew has been wonderful. They're respectful of my property, so kind, and always dependable. Matt and Mel are wonderful at returning calls and helping with any issues that come up!

I would *not* recommend Maids of Scottsdale. I scheduled a cleaning for last Friday at 8am, planning around it so I wouldn’t be disrupted during my workday. I even arranged for my dog to be at the groomer to keep things smooth. By 9am, no one had arrived, and I was about to begin meetings. I called *at least* 15 times and left multiple messages before finally hearing back around 10am.

Turns out, they had texted the wrong number earlier in the week to confirm my appointment, so they never actually had me on the schedule. I had to scramble and rearrange my entire day just to get a team out that afternoon—only because I had guests visiting that evening.

While I appreciated them coming out later, the team was clearly rushed and not thorough. I had to point out *several* areas to be redone, which ironically made the entire appointment take even longer.

To top it off, I was quoted $260 during a pre-walkthrough for recurring service. After the cleaning, I was hit with a bill for over $430—*nothing* close to what I was originally told. The miscommunication and lack of professionalism from start to finish was beyond frustrating. I wouldn’t have wasted my time with a pre-walkthrough if I had known the quote was going to be that inaccurate.

The Maids are outstanding!! I love them! The team comes in (with protective clean booties) and goes to town! They are so very polite and friendly! Special requests, no big deal! They do every square inch of the place. They’re simply amazing and I’ll never switch services. One truly happy customer here!!

I have had such a fantastic experience The Maids. Adara and Team 2 are incredible! Our home feels new after they leave. They are so kind, take great care, and are so thorough. It’s vulnerable to welcome people into your home, but they make it easy. I also love that you can provide feedback, and that they send you automated notices that they’ll be arriving. I’m so happy I gave them a try and highly recommend them!

I had an incredible experience with this cleaning service! They sent a team of three out to my home in Tempe and knocked out the entire house in under 2 hours. They were punctual, professional, and worked efficiently without missing a single detail. The place was absolutely spotless when they finished. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning in the Scottsdale/Tempe area!

Team 4 under the leadership of Gabrielle are fantastic. They work efficiently and quietly ensuring all areas of my house are spotless. They even removed ink stains from my TV stand! My house always smells fresh and clean when they leave. Gabrielle is the best tesm leader!

Great team of ladies. Excellent communication with them and their office. I just moved into a 1700sqft home -four bedroom, two bath- and the place had not been cleaned by the previous tenants, so I definitely needed to have a deep cleaning done, but it would’ve been too much work for us to do on our own. The team did a good job for a house that was pretty much impossible to make perfect, because it’s in need of some maintenance and updates.
They made the best of it and had great attitudes and got it all done within two hours (which was very impressive considering the size of our place).
I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a good deep cleaning job done for a fair deal and needs it done fairly quickly. Thank you MoS! 😊

Yet another great service from The Maids/Scottsdale yesterday. The crews always do great work. I never have to do a follow up tidy after they leave. Easy, flexible, and friendly coordination from Mel. Proactive, diligent, professional work with elegant detailed touches from the field crews. Great people and fun personalities to boot.
