I have been using Josh now for almost 2 years. I can’t say enough about him and his crew. They are top notch professionals and my screens/windows look great! I highly recommend Paneless Window Cleaning.

Josh /Paneless Windows has been working our Real Estate team for about 3 years now. They do such an amazing job! Some people cannot believe they lived with dirty windows so long. Josh and his team are friendly and very courteous around our homeowner clients. Removing screens and storing them in the garage, being careful to keep everything clean and dry in the home. They are great and we highly recommend them!

Josh was great to work with and he was able to fit me in for a last minute screen install. They did an amazing job!! Punctual, communicative, quick and kind. Thank you!!

Our windows look fantastic. They even cleaned other glass such as mirrors. They were very professional and proficient, and so nice. I will continue to use them. They are so clear, I need to put something on the doors so folks don’t just walk into them.

Josh was so communicative and kind. I needed to book window cleaning before we got photos to list my mom’s house and he was able to squeeze me in to make it work! The windows are spotless and looked so amazing in the photos. They also cleaned up the interior mirrors when they came too and sent photo/video updates as they cleaned. I highly recommend them!

Josh and his company are awesome. They are a local company in Phoenix and do such great work. Our windows always come out impeccably. Just as importantly, their customer service is always awesome. Josh and his team were fantastic. Not only did they do a stellar job on the windows, but they also came through with a power washer on the exterior of our home. Pretty sure it sparked after they were done!

Josh and his team were super friendly and efficient, and very easy to communicate with. I first used their services after winning a certificate they donated to our local school’s silent auction, and have continued because I was so pleased with the difference in my windows! They do the screens and inside/outside of the windows - it’s almost embarrassing how bad my windows were before! Which you don’t really realize until they’re clean. Prices were reasonable, they support our local schools, and they do a great job on windows - win win!

I had Josh come out to clean my solar panels. He was quick about making an appointment and was very communicative about the day of about arriving. He finished my 35 panels in about an hour and sent pictures and a video. They look great!! The service was great but the price was even better. Thank you.

I am the very first customer for Near Ninjas and I was blown away by their service. They responded very quickly , kept me updated through the entire process, and made sure to send pictures following their completion. I was moving out of my apartment, and didn’t have time to clean up so I called neat ninjas and they guaranteed that I would not be charged for anything cleaning related by my apartment complex and they were right. They saved me what would have been hundreds of dollars in fees had I tried to clean myself. They we’re very flexible with scheduling and I even left them my keys to be turned in and they did that. Although a new business, it felt like they were seasoned. I high recommend using Neat Ninjas!
