I called to get an appointment to have my carpets cleaned. They got me on the schedule right away!
The service technician called the morning of service to let me know he was on the way and he arrived on time when he was expected! Eric was very professional and polite. He arrived at my home to clean the carpets, did a walk-thru with me and got straight to work! He was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

Had our carpets cleaned yesterday, 4/5/2018 by both Jonathan and Lamont and I was extremely satisfied with the level of service we received. Unfortunately, we had a carpet cleaning company clean our carpet 3 weeks prior and it was a disaster. Having these two come out was a breath of fresh air and money well spent. Not only were they reasonable priced, but they also did any amazing job. Was looking at having my unit recarpeted next year but with the state of this cleaning, may very well just leave it. Looks brand new. Smells brand new. They took their time, but still worked fast and efficiently, which is a plus. I don’t want a carpet cleaning where they are in and out in 10 minutes, they also cleaned my couch which got out stains I didn’t think would come out. Very pleased and I highly recommend. Great crew. Great job. Thanks guys.

Adam from Love Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on cleaning my carpets in my apartment. He was very professional, friendly, & knowledgeable, gave a courtesy call prior to arriving, was on time, & was very prompt & thorough.

Love's has great service! They were able to get me in 2 days after calling to schedule. The price great and Jonathan went above and beyond cleaning my dirty carpets. So thankful and my house smells amazing! I 10/10 would recommend and will definitely use them in the future!

Jonathan did so amazing work today…Every year we used to do carpet cleaning from love carpet only, but this year me and my husband really amazed to see how clean is our carpet now. He did really great work today. Now my carpet looks brand new.

They did an excellent job re cleaning my carpet. Angela was very friendly and professional on the phone when insisting to re clean my carept after I was a little disappointed from the last time. Johnathan did an amazing job getting all the stubborn stains out. He even educated me on home remedies to get stains out of the carpet. He was extremely nice to have a conversation with. He was also really nice and patient to let my 4 year old talk his ear off while he worked. Im thankful for their services and I absolutely recommend them.

Jonathan was extraordinary! He shared his knowledge so freely, about how to be maintain the carpet given we have small dogs! The chemicals used were pet friendly yet highly effective which is a combination that is hard to find! I had a flood issue in my home due to my neighbors and this company was called out to help fix the issue and flooding .

Firstly the tech Jonathan that came out was extremely nice and efficient and explained the process .

When I called back however on the day they were supposed to return to finish the job the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. She refused to reach out to technician to give me a more accurate arrival time , she was also very condescending when speaking to me regarding my requests .

I understand that there are other jobs on their schedule ( as she reminded me several times like my job was less important ) however I also have a job and I can’t just not be at work.

I highly recommend that you find a new person to help with customer questions and concerns because that woman you currently have has no customer service skills whatsoever.

Adam came and cleaned my carpet and did Ah-amazing!!! I have teen boys and we all know they don’t care about your house the way u do….!!! But Adam got my carpet looking brand new, didn’t take long and he was thorough with his work!! I would recommend him any day…time…year.

Omg!!! Adam has been cleaning my carpets ever since I have lived at Vaseo for 8 yrs. He is the best. He makes sure all stains are removed and odorless because I have animals and occasionally there are accidents. My carpet always looks like I just moved in when he is finished. He takes his time and is very aware of every little spot. We always have a wonderful conversation even as he is working. I really do appreciate the person that he is. Thank you so much for the best employee. He definitely deserves recognition and bonus.

Jonathan was great. He came in and was able to patch our carpet in a record time and it came out beautiful. It looks like a new carpet was installed. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs carpet repairs and also if you are looking for someone who can clean your carpets they great for that as well. I am very impressed with the company. Two thumbs way way up!
