I had a super great experience with Eddie. He arrived early and did a very detailed job. He was personable, friendly and hard working. My last experience with a different carpet company was less than pleasant. I look forward to the next time we get to work together.

I use LOVE carpet cleaner every almost. My apartment complex provides a free carpet cleaning when renewing your lease. When I move out I am going to still use them and I will make sure I get Jonathan again. He did a wonderful job

Jonathan cleanedour carpet n sofa. He took his time in doing so. He was very patient n professional. He was also very polite. We enjoyed working with him. I would highly recommend him for cleaning carpet, Upholstery n any duct work that needs cleaning.

Johnathan from love carpet cleaning did an amazing job. He was so thorough and professional. I was truly moved by his kindness and attention to detail as he cleaned our carpets. I wish I could give him 10 stars! We weren’t quite ready before he showed up and he was so patient and waited for us as we quickly tried to finish up vacuuming so he could begin his carpet cleaning. I am so grateful for him and the work he did. Our carpet looks amazing and like a brand new carpet! Old stains and hard spots where my kids spilled their oatmeal are gone. I am so grateful to Jonathan for the care he took in our home and with our furniture inside. This is where my family and I make memories and now we can continue to make more memories and enjoy our clean carpet. Thank you Jonathan for all you did and all your hard work. John went above and beyond my expectations.
Contacted me ahead of schedule, and left an informative message of availability. Came as claimed, and went right to work, as courteous as could be. Due, to the nature of my neglect, he put a little extra mechanical elbow grease into it.
In no time, he was finished and my carpet looked near Day 1. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I cannot recommend this company and the product they use enough! Johnathan came to my apartment and in about an hour transformed it to a sparkly fresh CLEAN clean. It might be even cleaner than the day I moved in. He was so professional and efficient. I work in property management and know the work of several vendors. This cleaning service is superior by far. He even threw in the baseboards just because even though I thought I was just getting carpets. Excellent customer service.

Called the company due to driver being parked in a fire lane while blocking parking spaces at my complex. Person I spoke with said they'd contact the driver to move the vehicle. It has now been more than 30minutes and all the driver did was put his hazards on. His van has been left unattended with almost every door swung wide open. Very frustrating when you cant park in your assigned space. I guess driver or both driver and company feel entitled to block a fire lane.

My carpet was flooded from my toilet overflowing and Jonathon was able to get the work done quickly and efficiently. He was also very flexible when it came to scheduling a time to put in the new padding. Highly recommend him as a technician and will be requesting him again if I ever need work done!

Adam came on time and showed me the up most respect and care for my home, so well like if it was his own. I definitely recommend and will tell all about this company and the great services they bring.

Jonathan was Very professional, cleaned 2 rooms, carpet looks amazing, ( like new ) even helped me move some furniture out of the way
So appreciative, what really impressed me was, my carpet needed to be stretched, I didn't know that was such a thing, the repair to my carpet was amazing, looks like new carpet.

Love did a great job cleaning our carpets! Eddie was very punctual and even got rid of an oil stain(s) that have been driving us nuts since moving in. I will certainly use them again.
