I received a carpet cleaning service today at my apartment by Adam. I really appreciate how quick the process was. He called to confirm I was home prior to showing up at my place which was helpful for me to know when to be available. He was able to get some of the tough stains out of the carpet. I appreciated him sharing advice on how to take care of the carpet after being cleaned. He provided great quality service.

Trent is absolutely amazing and never fails us. My daughter said tell his boss he needs a raise because my carpet looks great! Thank Trent!!

Jeff answered when I called and was very professional and helpful. He gave me a great price and we scheduled. I unfortunately had something come up and had to reschedule. He was more than accommodating and gave me day and time I needed. Trent showed up on time, very professional! Great customer service from this company. He got in, did his job and left. He was thorough and went above and beyond. Start to finish was a great experience and I would recommend this company!

I had a great experience with Love Carpet Care. Jonathan was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain the process and made sure everything was done properly.

Both our carpets and rugs came out looking fresh, clean, and almost new again. Even tough stains were removed, and there was no strong chemical smell afterward. The quality of work and attention to detail really stood out.
