MEH has been serving our community pool at our condominium complex since 2018.
We have a vintage pool that has a personality of its own. It has quirks that require someone who is an ace at pool care to keep it sparkling. How do I know this? Because we had several other companies that we worked with that just couldn't seem to get in to work right.
Our service tech Jose does an outstanding job of keeping our pool beautiful. We do not have issues with the common creepy stuff that can happen when a pool is not properly cared for. For this we are very thankful.
We also had some outstanding administrative issues that were astutely resolved by Tiffany in the office. She took an incredible amount of time to review the data in question. She was professional and accomodating throughout the process. She really did go the extra mile with her customer service. For this, we are very thankful.
In 2020, we changed all of the vendors on our property due to substandard work or if we were able to get better contract terms. I am happy to report that MEH was the only vendor that we did not replace. We have been consistently happy with the service and prices provided. Would definitely recommend.

We started using Nick P (with M.E.H Pool Services) about 6 months ago. Best decision ever!!! Nick keeps our pool looking amazing... and... is just a cool guy to talk to every week. If you need pool services... Nick is "your guy".

I had the pleasure of meeting Dan, our pool cleaning guy from M.E.H. Pool Services. I live at Shea Patio Villas. I just happened to be at the pool when he arrived. Dan took the time to explain all the things he was checking and what the chemicals do and where they should be. He was so nice to do that! We were one of his last stops for the day, but he took the time to talk to me and I appreciated that. Dan also does a great job on our pool. Sparkling clean every day! I couldn’t recommend him more!

Our simple little neighborhood at ocotillo landing in Queen Creek has an oasis to relax in thanks to Nick. He does a great job and the spa and pool look and feel professionally clean. Thank you!

This company is used for the lyons gate neighborhood, and our guy nick is the best! He is always kind, and he even goes out of his way to communicate with us when present. Give that boy a raise!

Great job by Nick Roberts this week. He came to drain, decalcify and fix tile grout. He has been good at communicating and conscientous.

We’re here on vacation in Arizona and we had Cameron clean our pool where we’re staying. He was super educational about what he was doing. We had a great chat with him while he worked diligently and cleaning our pool super friendly service.
