MEH has been serving our community pool at our condominium complex since 2018.
We have a vintage pool that has a personality of its own. It has quirks that require someone who is an ace at pool care to keep it sparkling. How do I know this? Because we had several other companies that we worked with that just couldn't seem to get in to work right.
Our service tech Jose does an outstanding job of keeping our pool beautiful. We do not have issues with the common creepy stuff that can happen when a pool is not properly cared for. For this we are very thankful.
We also had some outstanding administrative issues that were astutely resolved by Tiffany in the office. She took an incredible amount of time to review the data in question. She was professional and accomodating throughout the process. She really did go the extra mile with her customer service. For this, we are very thankful.
In 2020, we changed all of the vendors on our property due to substandard work or if we were able to get better contract terms. I am happy to report that MEH was the only vendor that we did not replace. We have been consistently happy with the service and prices provided. Would definitely recommend. -
