An excellent experience overall with Momentum! Joe said he has been in the business almost 40 years, and his professionalism shows. I had my carpets cleaned with Momentum to prepare my house for sale, and it made a world of difference. The cleaning lightened up the old house and the crew got rid of stains that had been a problem for two years. I highly recommend Momentum!

I was very impressed with Momentum and the two men sent out to clean 3 rugs. After they got here I also added two stool cushions. Everything turned out looking fantastic. I really appreciate them using corner protectors so the hose & tubes didn’t scrape against my walls or furniture. Everything was returned the way it was with recommendation to put a fan near a rug that was still wet. The best part was the lack of upsell! They didn’t try to talk me into having my ducts cleaned or tile done! I’ll definitely use them again.

Steam Way did a great job on our carpets and were able to come out and accommodate us same day when we had an emergency accident on our carpets!

Steam Way was on-time both on arrival and in service delivery. A male and female duo working together, they gave me a heads up on one of my rooms that might have water damage and they educated me in the cleaning process. Very friendly and trustworthy. Definitely will use again when needed. Thank you!

They did a great job on my carpets. I called them same day and they showed up a few hours later. I didn't like the extra $30 for Sun, but they gave me a free restoration service. We didn't even ask, they just took it upon themselves to do it. Kudos. We will be using them from here on out at our new home.

I hired this company to clean the carpets in the apartment for my move out.. They did a really great job. I requested an odor remover and the carpets smelled really clean & fresh afterwards. The manager said the floors looked good and I should be getting my deposit back!

I have used several different carpet cleaning companies in Phoenix in the past 11 years. Each have made an abundance of “how good we are” statements . This team are the absolute best . They use real steam , no harsh chemicals , and after multiple cleanings not only does my carpet look fantastic but the extra hand cleaning on my Turkish Rugs and area rugs is FANTASTIC! WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL CLEANING OF TGE HIGHEST QUALITY - OUTSTANDING KINDNESS!

We recently moved into a new home and there was a bad pet odor from the previous owner. Oscar with Steam Way is a miracle worker. He was able to remove the horrible pet order from the carpets and make the carpet look brand new.

Oscar did such an amazing job with our carpets that we had him come back to clean the tile/grout. Tile looks amazing and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome.

I would highly recommend Oscar and the Steam Way team to anyone looking to have their carpets and or tile cleaned.

NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
I wish I could leave 0 stars. The “owner” Oscar ruined my 6 month old couch, refused to take accountability for it and then ghosted us… The last time I spoke with the company on the phone said owner yelled over me and the entire time until he hung up and I still responded by text with the requested photos of couch. Waited to leave this review to see if he would reach out but that never happened. Service is AWFUL and the owner is a JOKE.

UPDATE: 2 years later just to say we have used Oscar several times over the last few years and he is magnificent every time! Our carpets look fantastic, he is lovely to work with and has fair prices. We stopped using the lemon scent and for me, it’s much better! He calls me every time he is on the way and gives me an update of arrival time. Thank you for all the great work Oscar!

Our carpets look brand new again! This company did a great job and i will use them again. They were clean, through and courteous. They even brought a mop to clean away foot prints on the wood floors.

Overall a good experience - My only issue was that they were 45 minutes late and didn’t call/text to let us know which disrupted work meetings we had scheduled (this is a pet peeve of mine, but I also think it’s just good business to let ppl know when you are going to be late).

One last note: the lemon smell of the cleaner is a bit strong. Next time I will ask for unscented if possible, but this is on me, not on the company.

Very dissapointed I made the appointment and they cancel the day before, because they don't service the area...what they did not know it when I made the appointment? I will never called them again

Made a appointment with them, got a text message to confirm appointment. Then they don't show up for the appointment, I called they cant give me a update if when they might get to me. Horrible customer service.

This company told me that they were showing up at 11:30 they show up at 12:30 for one thing without even a notice a heads up or anything then she cleans the carpets never removed one of those problematic stains never even apologized for it or anything on top of that told me if I paid with my card that it would be an extra $10 more I had a $100 bill they were so unprofessional the woman didn’t even have change I think her name was Noel so long story short I go to the store to get change she knew this none of the stores had change for my hundred so I had to find one I come back pay her and come into the house with a text from the company threatening to call the police and everything because I had taken quite a while which it was her fault that she didn’t even have the change or tried to pay charge me extra to use my card horrible and ridiculous needless to say I will never use them again

Not totally happy with the service 😒 Was Quote one price $59.00 over the phone And I double checked at times at he looking at my carpet There is no high traffic But When he was done there was a different price "
$40 different I Would not recommend them again quality and service is not what they said under would be

Alejandro was the gentleman that cleaned our carpets, he was so nice and did an excellent job. The carpets look incredible! I would 100% recommend him!

One of my smaller children had cut himself years ago and bled all over carpets and in all those years I was never able to get those stains out. My wife got Phoenix Green Carpet Cleaning Inc to come in and clean our carpets the other day and they got those awful stains out miraculously. They unbelievable!!
