I was very impressed with the high temperature, low moisture extraction system used on my carpet. The carpet came out clean and was dry in only a couple of hours. I will be having this team back on Oct. 16th and I guarantee they will do a great job.

On a one to ten scale I would give Phoenix Green Carpet Cleaning a solid ten We needed carpet cleaning in our condo and not only did they have the lowest price, they made or carpet fresh and clean like the day we bought it. Plus, it was dry in only a couple of hours.

I just recently hired Phoenix Green Carpeting. I asked for a deep carpet cleaning. I assumed it would take at least an hour and a half but our guy [Bob] finished in 30 min and yes his job was half way down. I still have a stain on my carpet and it still has a funny smell. In just paid $150 for 1 room which was worth nothing. I'm very disappointed that I ddint recieve the service everyone else received. I'm very disappointed. Will not call back ever again.

I have tried a lot of different carpet cleaners; some bad, some average, some absolutely terrible!! I would like to say, that the guy who came to clean our carpets was fantastic. I just wish I could remember his name! I would really like you to check because he did the best job I've ever had and he was also extremely friendly and courteous. He went out of his way to do not just carpets but area rug too, and everything looks fantastic! Good value. Was charged the quoted price and did not have extras forced on me. I was thinking about replacing my white wall-to-wall carpets after 5 years but Phoenix Green Carpet Cleaning Inc did such a thorough job cleaning them that they look great, much better than the company that cleaned them the last time I had it done. I am a working mom and don't have the time to do all this house cleaning and since I liked the quality of Phoenix Green Carpet Cleaning's work, I think I'd make them my permanent carpet cleaning services provider. Keep it up guys!

Our technician was extremely helpful. He arrived within a few hours of my initial call. He was quick to respond, and professional to complete the task in a timely manner! My house smells like new, and all of the pet stains have vanished! I wholeheartedly recommend this company for any kind of carpet cleaning in Phoenix!!

I cannot speak highly enough of this carpet cleaning in Phoenix. They were quick to respond, confirm, and arrive within the service window. They were also very communicative about the process and kept us in the loop at all times. Our carpets look spotless and well-maintained, plush and fragrant. Went with green carpet cleaning in Gilbert Arizona because they advertise their great reviews on their website. In addition to the carpet cleaning, I also agreed to tile and grout cleaning, and carpet repair. The carpet repair guy did a great job, but at the end tried to charge me $350.00 when I was originally quoted $250-$300. When I refused he asked me to pay him $300 but tell his boss I only paid $250 so he could pocket 50 bucks. I did not do that but rather paid the $300 and threw the guy and extra $25 because he did a good job… whatever. I was quote $250 for the carpet tile and grout cleaning. The employee was at my 3 bedroom house for less than an hour and charged me $270. The carpet and grout look exactly the same! I could have done a better job with a rug doctor from Home Depot and now I will likely have too. The employee told me the grout was stained and even with a chemical clean could not be improved. When she left I was able to clean the grout better with some simple green cleaner and a paper towel. What did I pay for? Complained to the owner via text and never heard back. Called to discuss the issue and he said he would call back but never did. I am happy to pay like 50 bucks for your employees time but I received no service for my money. In the photos you will see how the carpet was left and in the tile photo you can see the grout on the right where I cleaned the grout myself vs their clean on the other sides. Save your money and go with someone else or do it yourself. If they make it right I will remove this review, but I have low confidence that will happen. Also most of their 5 star reviews are fake, they have stock photos and have only reviewed this company. Good luck

The cleaner was nice and courteous and worked his butt off but my issue is with the company itself. Most of the reviews you see here are fake. Look at the accounts and you'll see stock photos and reviews for just this company. I knew this and still took a chance which I seem to regret. I made an appointment and was notified 30min before the appointment time the cleaner couldn't make it. Rescheduled for the next day and found out the owner lied about the reason the cleaner couldn't make it and makes scheduling mistakes often. I was quoted extra for a deep clean due to the conditions of the carpet and was told after the job was done it be better just to replace the carpet. Additionally the owner told me it would take 12, the cleaner said 24 and it ended up being 48 hours before the carpet dried. In the end I'm out more cash than what I was quoted, with stained carpets and edges that weren't reached or done.

The guy was friendly and did a pretty good job. He just left a bit of a mess. Plants covered with stuff and sand in the front yard in the grass.
