The owner is very responsive and send updates prior to service, date of service, and after service. It is clear that customer is a top priority. In addition to the owners professionalism his technicians are equally personable and professional. Overall this company was amazing and the windows sparkle!

I ended up in the hospital at the last minute and after 5pm asked if they could still do the windows the next morning with me not there. They did!! Richard was so accommodating with my situation!! Doug did an outstanding job!!

Good cleaning, but not outstanding and in my honest opinion; overpriced. I paid $400 one year ago for a job done just as well from an individual who has since moved away from Phoenix. I was quoted $475 from another company for this particular cleaning but ultimately decided to go with All Kleen based on the reviews, their quick response to my phone call and the professionalism of the owner on the phone. I paid $600 to All Kleen for my 3200sqf 2 story house inside and out including screens and tracks; their "deluxe" package, expecting an above average job (based on other reviewers here). 5 hours work. They arrived 30 minutes late at 9:30AM and left at 2:30PM.

FYI.. This company is careful to mention their disclaimer on multiple occasions prior to coming out.. that "Paint, Hard water stains and construction mess are not covered". More on that at the end.

Although I wasn't asked to look around at the end of the cleaning, I did and quickly found several issues and pointed them out.. I was told that the issues were not covered by regular cleaning, but that the tech was willing to touch them up since they were pretty minor. I was told when I pointed out issues that they were "silicon" or "between the panes", or excessively dirty, etc only to watch him wipe them off when given a small amount of elbow grease with a microfiber rag. This includes some actual grease on my kitchen window over my sink which my tech told me was "between the panes", then proceeded to wipe them off. I still have quite a few issues looking around inluding streaks and smears and "silicon". The tech was friendly and professional for the most part and wore a mask the whole time. However, he seemed rushed to leave and I got the distinct impression he was irritated that I was pointing out issues after he was finished, although he obliged and addressed the issues without charging me. However, the issues were very obvious and noticeabable and I don't believe I should have had to point them out in the first place and I certainly don't believe that they warranted additional compensation.

That brings me back to what I think their disclaimer is really about and how it comes into play when you find issues with the cleaning. It is there so that anything that does not come off with the Sqeegee can be claimed as "construction related" and might cost you more to remove. Indeed that is what the tech tried to claim with me. I think their disclaimer should be one line "If it doesn't come off with the squeegee and you insist on it coming off, we may charge more than quoted" ...and actually, maybe that is what it says.. I never actually read it as I didn't have the time. Perhaps that is all fair and good but it doesn't seem great to me especially when considering the price. So.. I asked my tech.. how much to get this "other stuff" off?? tech said "well we have to price it for the whole house which would be about 2 to 2.5 times a much as you paid.. So based on that admittedly rough estimate you could expect to pay $1200 or $1600 for better than sqeegee clean. Maybe that is common in the window cleaning industry but it feels excessive to me.

AllKleen Windows did an incredibly thorough job of my windows, screens, tracks and blinds. Awesome service and attention to detail. They even cleaned many extra mirrors for me at no charge. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Allkleen did a fantastic job. We got the deluxe job which included windows, tracks, and screens. It was well worth it. Our screens were really awful & they had them gleaming. Fast, professional, thorough.

When Ricard got done cleaning our windows, screens & tracks....they looked brand new. He did a FIRST CLASS job.He called/txt to confirm the nite before. Called/txt the next day to say he was on his way & arrived on time.He had great energy & great customer service. He even fixed our slidder lock that was broken. He also had the best fair price out of the 4 quotes I received. I'll definitely be calling him again when we need our windows clean. EXCELLENT job!!!

I have been using All Kleen for many years. I found the owner, Richard, to be professional, personable, responsible, honest, trustworthy, reliable, concerned, timely, great follow through & a general all around great individual. This is a person I can trust in my home & I don't have to stay while he's working. He expects the same of those he has working for him. I've referred him to many & they say the same.

I've had my windows cleaned twice so far by All Kleen and I have been very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them. I have plans in the near future to also use All Kleen to clean the blinds in my house. I've lived in my house for 12 years and have periodically dusted the blinds but I would like to use their service to actually clean them.

Doug did a good job on our windows and sun screens. Upon completion, we did notice some swirling on a few of our older screens. Richard came back and recleaned screens to perfection. Thanks guys for the fantastic job!

On time and detail-oriented, All Kleen's technician showed a high level of professionalism sharing that he stays up to date about the newest technologies to make his job better and easier.
