First time hiring this carpet cleaning company honestly I was very pleasantly surprised , my carpet was disgusting honestly with so many heavily stained spots all over and horrible pet urine stains and smell , now I can’t smell it and stains are gone. Communication was fast , I called and they were able to come by within literally the hour, Alex did a great job and went above and beyond , he was very nice and courteous and also pretty fast! Amazing job from Mr. Alex, who was able to get my carpet back to its normal color! My cat enjoys the carpet a little too much and happens to dirty it, but now it not only looks new, but smells new! Great customer service and good prices! 100% recommend!

I called K & C Carpet Cleaning to get my home ready for sale. Carpets were old and had large areas of stain in traffic areas. Alex was very honest about being able to save the carpet or having it replaced. After I had him clean them they looked so much better and it freshened up the whole house. They did an incredibly thorough job. I have lots of artwork, both on the walls and small pieces on several shelves, including glass shelves. They cleaned the art pieces carefully as well as the shelving. I am most pleased.
