Your team was great and they were on time!

Requested a quote from Pink Oasis Cleaning and completed the intake process, including a deposit. After not receiving a confirmation, I reached out directly but got no response. I had scheduled for a specific day due to moving out, and because I didn’t hear back, I couldn't book another company in time.

Great experience with Pink Oasis! The cleaners were efficient and did a thorough job. My only suggestion would be to offer more flexible timing for appointments. Otherwise, very satisfied with their service.

The two ladies did an AMAZING job! My house looks spotless and smells incredible. Will absolutely use again and request the same two ladies ☺️

I just tried Pink Oasis Cleaning for the first time and I’m really impressed. They cleaned my entire home in just 2.5 hours, and the place looks amazing. Paid for a deep clean for a 1,000 sqft, 2 bed/2 bath home, but what I got seemed like a standard wipe-down and vacuum. While I was away for my wedding, they refused to clean one bathroom because of the cat’s litter box (even though I said it was fine). Worse, they shut the bathroom door, so I came home to cat pee on my couch.

The pricing structure is outrageous. They charge a $359 flat rate just to show up at a two-bedroom apartment, and that doesn’t even include cleaning! On top of that, they charge for square footage. What exactly is the $359 for? A house call fee? It feels like a rip-off. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is that the cleaners themselves were great. Otherwise, I’d rather clean my own place and keep my money.

Normally, I don’t leave reviews, but I want to warn others. I paid $750 for a post-construction/move-in cleaning, expecting a deep clean. Instead, I got a basic surface clean, and even that was poorly done. They missed multiple areas listed on their own checklist. These are not professional cleaners at all. Save your money—it’s a scam.

Pink Oasis was extremely responsive and the team did an excellent job, turning a smelly, dirty townhome to fresh smelling and pristine in just a few hours. They were on time and completed the job completed in the timeframe they estimated. I was impressed.

The reviews seemed to be fairly good & the company seems very professional at first. I called in February to get a quote for a DEEP clean for March 7th. When confirming what was included, I asked specifically about walls, which I was told was included. I advised that I had a bathroom that needed extra focus due to excess humidity & the walls being extra dirty. I was more than willing to pay more for the extra elbow grease, but I was advised that it was all included. In addition, I was quoted more b/c 8 windows are included in the deep clean & I had 12 that needed cleaning. I confirmed that high areas would be included so long as there is a ladder or stool provided, & blinds would be wiped clean, not just dry dusted. When the cleaner came, I confirmed with her a few extra things such as the tops of the cabinets & doors. She said inside the cabinets & fridge were included, which I advised to disregard, in addition to a set of blinds that didn't need to be cleaned since they were being replaced. I spoke to her about the extra focus in the bathroom. No problems, left her to do her job. She was at my house for about 6 hours.
When I tell you that it wasn't even clean enough for a standard clean, I am not exaggerating! It looked & smelled like she used a dirty cloth & mop to clean. There was dust left in multiple areas. I saw hair on the floors & surfaces that were not from anyone in my household. The countertops were certainly not scrubbed at all. She only did half of the tops of my cabinets, not on top of my fridge at all. Walls were not touched except for one streak in my bathroom. Windows aside from the main windows in my living room were not touched. Dust & dirt were still all over my blinds. My bedroom ceiling fan was not touched. Picture frames & vases from shelves were not moved to dust under. There were many spots which I would expect to be touched in a DEEP clean that were not.
A few hours after the cleaning, the owner who I initially spoke to for the quote called to see that I was satisfied. I advised him that I was very unhappy, & mentioned some of the things on my long list. For some reason, I didn't want to be too harsh...I am an understanding & empathetic person, & thought maybe I was just being picky with my high standards. A few of the things mentioned above I did not notice right away either, so I did not mention those. He offered me a $50 discount, so I took that.
After my husband got home, he saw the poor job that was done & encouraged me to reach out to the owner b/c it was unacceptable. In addition, I was reviewing my doorbell camera & saw that she brought a man into my house (not with the cleaning company at all), who was there for over an hour. It's a lot to trust someone from a company to come into my house to clean, & to have them bring someone else without asking or notification is extremely unprofessional & unsettling. I have 2 young daughters, so this is very concerning. Not to mention, was she even cleaning during this time?
At this point, it was later in the evening, so I reached out via text to the number the owner had messaged me from. I expressed all of my concerns, including the additional things I noticed & the stranger she brought into my house. I also advised that I felt the $50 refund was inadequate for the lack of cleanliness & unprofessional practices. It was a Friday night, so I expected to get a response at least by Monday. I still had not received a response, so I sent an email on Wednesday. Still no response. Today is a week since I sent the email & the owner has not responded to rectify this in any way whatsoever. So that's what brings me to this review.
I have never been so unhappy with a service where it's prompted me to even write a review at all. I had to still go behind her & do just a basic cleaning, b/c it wasn't even good enough as that. And I felt that my surfaces needed to be sanitized because I was not confident clean supplies were used due to the mildew smell.

I did not have a good experience. The owner John was unfair about the situation and more focused on money and not the quality of his workers. I was quoted about round 500 for his cleaning service. When I got home nothing was cleaned downstairs and not much upstairs. I called him and explained and he tried to get one of his workers to stay but she refused because she didn’t want to do double the work. She suggested I get my money back and he didn’t want to. Claimed because they came they should be paid. Well no work was cleaned and I have plenty of photos to prove it. Remind you my place was already empty and move in ready but there was a lot to still be clean like bathrooms, baseboards, spiders, walls, kitchen cabinets, fridge, etc. I asked for a refund and he refused and only gave me partial which I still feel like a rip off. Customer service wasn’t great and he can be aggressive. I wouldn’t risk it.

We had an urgent cleaning need due to a construction project at our house. Lots of irritation due to dust! They responded right away the next morning with a deep cleaning. The person they sent was thorough and motivated. It was a very good experience. Thank you!

Pink Oasis Cleaning, and especially Alexis and her partner, provided me with excellent service. They had a difficult mess to deal with and they came through in spades. I will happily use their services again, especially if they send Alexis to help me again!

I absolutely love Pink oasis cleaning company they have the upmost quality customer service! They are very prompt and address any concerns you may have unlike other cleaning companies they really truly care about their clients and employees. I highly suggest contacting them for any services. You may have nothing is too big or too small that they cannot handle. They will take the best care of you and your home.

Pink Oasis cleaners saved the day! We needed move out cleaners last minute and John helped us from start to finish!! After calling and explaining the situation he had Sylvia come by within the next hour & a half!! She had everything SPARKLING from floor to ceiling !! Everything is perfection!
