Alyssa does a wonderful job. We have been using Pink for about 3 months now. Scheduling changes with the times alot, but they do get a new time scheduled. Alyssa communicates well and is always going above and beyond.

Sandra and her helper did a great job! This was their first time cleaning our house, and they went above and beyond what I expected. I like the communication between us, the cleaners, and the main office. I was pleasantly surprised, and will stick with them.

I couldn’t recommend them enough. Everyone who I worked with from scheduling to the cleaners were on point. Super communicative, on the ball and open to feedback. 11/10 don’t hesitate. Use Pink Oasis. I used them for the past several months and will never choose another company in the Phoenix area.

Sofia was very communicative about arrival and logistics of the cleaning. She was thorough and tackled our 3 bedroom home(move out cleaning) very promptly. I would recommend her to anyone in need of cleaning services.

Communication skills are lack luster, I was looking to hire the service to assist during a party to pickup after guests I was under the impression they would be there for 3 hours. After 30 min owner calls me and says the girls don’t get people drinks. Huh I know they pickup plates and cups probably the easiest assignment to be assigned in a long time. The girls ended up standing outside for 90% of the 2 hours they were there.
I would only recommend this service to do super fast surface cleaning you could not deep clean 1000 sq/ft house in 2 hours.
Party was a success regardless just figured it would be nice to have someone picking up.

John sent an awesome team for my move out cleaning. They were thorough and asked about my preferences on top of what they were already tasked with. The service was awesome and should I need another cleaning I'll definitely be reaching out to Pink Oasis.

I recently hired Pink Oasis to clean my house. Alyssa was my cleaner. She did an excellent and thorough job, and I sincerely appreciated her attention to detail. She spent more time than any other housecleaning service I have ever used, even though the house had been cleaned recently. Alyssa is a hard worker and pleasant to work with.

Sonia was so sweet, efficient and she focused on exactly what I asked her to. She did a great job cleaning our 34ft RV which is no easy task with so many small nooks and crannies. John was so responsive and friendly throughout the booking process as well.

I had done lots of reviews on cleaning companies and this one looked the best. John was very nice and easy to work with but nothing else was good. The company only sent one cleaner over and she was mad about that walking in. She asked to use my personal vacuum when she got there , then made a comment my home didn’t even need vacuumed because it was tile floor. She asked questions about cleaning which made me feel as though she wasn’t even sure what she was doing. I had asked for a deep clean and certainly did not get that. John sent me a checklist of things to be done & even the basics weren’t done. She was at my house for 4 hours, it’s 952 sq ft 2 bed 1 bath. Coming home there were crumbs/coffee grounds all over the counters in the kitchen, 2 dishes in the sink weren’t even touched, nothing was moved or even looked like it was wiped down besides the bathroom, and the counters in the bathroom felt like a film is over them. The trash wasn’t taken out, beds weren’t made, none of the interior cabinets were cleaned, couches still had dog hair on them & same with areas on the floor nothing was moved to be vacuumed behind. It smelled nice walking in but it did not look like a “professional” cleaner came. John gave me a discount at the end which was nice but I am very unsatisfied with this company and the cleaning they provided.

I’ve had other people come in and do the housework but wasn’t quite happy with the progress you came in take your time. Did a great job and I do appreciate it and thank you.

Warning, terrible move out cleaning, and stolen items. Booked for a move out cleaning, agreed on price and all items to be cleaned and it was done so poorly or not at all. Told them upfront I would not be able to have eyes on cleaning until a couple weeks after due to all roommates moving out of state. The one going back through to pick up a couple items and car found the cleaning either not done or extremely poorly. Immediately took pics. Reached out to pink oasis, they said they would contact cleaners to go back out and then never returned my calls or messages. I did provide them pictures and videos. Finally got ahold of John who said too bad it’s past 48 hours, even though we had discussed this. I asked for pictures he said he had of the move out cleaning but still haven’t been provided. He said he would reach back out to cleaners and have not heard back yet again. This company is a nightmare and does not have any integrity to clean it right unless you’re right there watching what they do I guess. Would never use or recommend

From the floors to the countertops, everything was spotless. Alyssa came to do the apartment clean out for my son’s 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment and did a fantastic job. She was pleasant and a very hard worker. The place looked better than when he moved in. Even though there was unexpected delays in arrival and completion, I still appreciated that they were able to accommodate us and get done what was needed. I would recommend!

I hired this company for a move-out deep clean of my 800 sq ft, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. To preface, I had already vacuumed and swept the floors before the cleaner arrived.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. There was still hair and dirt on the baseboards, the floors still had visible dirt and hair, the windows still had residue on them, not all of the cabinets were wiped down, the laundry area wasn’t touched, the shower walls had oils or cleaner residue left behind, and every outlet was still dirty.

For a move-out deep clean, I expected a much more thorough job, especially since getting my deposit back depends on the place being spotless.

To make matters worse, when I spoke with the manager about my concerns, he was rude and dismissive. He said the photos I shared were just “minor misses” — but those “minor misses” were everywhere in the apartment.

I do appreciate that the cleaner herself was kind and communicative, but overall the quality of the clean and the way my concerns were handled were very disappointing.

They came to clean my place and it looks AMAZING now. The team was super chill, showed up on time, and got everything done so quickly. My room has never been this clean! They even used eco-friendly stuff, which is awesome. Definitely gonna use them again and totally recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaning service!
