McFarland's did an excellent job on cleaning, repairing a 1" hole and rebinding my hand woven Persian carpet. We brought it by plane from Hawaii to Phoenix (visitng relatives) so had a tight turnaround time. McFarland's did the job in a timely manner and the work was excellent. The carpet looks like new. It was its first bath since we purchased it 23 years ago!

McFarland's did shoddy restoration work for me. They left a bald spot in the corner of my rug. They did fix the problem they created, but they never apologized. In fact, the owner said I was "making a mountain out of a molehill". And even the 2nd time around, I'd only give their work a B-minus. The re-repaired corner looks lumpy. One bright spot in the experience: The second time around, they sent someone to pick up the rug (after I insisted). The delivery guy was extremely professional.

Fast, Professional & very accommodating. I live in Yavapai County and if I call on them, they make sure I have my rugs cut and bound before going back up the hill. Quality people, reasonably priced & I tell them so everytime I'm there :)

We brought in our Karastan carpet for a repair due to a puppy chewing off a piece of the corner. They repaired the rug replaced All The Fringe and it looks brand new. Excellent job.

We have used McFarland's for our Oriental carpets. They repaired one so well you would not know the fringe was ever coming off. In fact will be taking a rug there this week for cleaning. I was amazed by the whole operation when they spread the rugs out and wash them on the floor. We just wouldn't use anybody else for our rugs.

Have never ever seen Flakote (sp) rugs cleaned like new and soft. They also got a blood stain oriental carpet looking better than the day my mom bought it. These people are amazing! Can't say enough about how awesome their carpet cleaning is.

I was extremely pleased with the work done on my oriental carpet. I had it for over eleven years and had it cleaned several times, but was not ever pleased with the cleaning until I took it to McFarland. It looked like new again. I highly recommend them for cleaning quality rugs.

We paid McFarland to clean and deodorize our Persian rug only to unroll it after moving out of state and find it still reeked of cat urine. They obviously didn’t do what we paid them to do. Waste of time and money
