Don't bring your carpets to anyone else! They have been cleaning my fine area rugs for 30 years and the cleaning and repairs are top-notch. My dog had a couple of accidents on one corner of my Rya Shag rug. Stains and odors disappeared even after I tried and failed and made a mess of it.

Excellent company. My carpets that were steam cleaned and Oriental area rugs and hallway runners sent to their facility for cleaning turned out great. Ivan and Mehdi who picked up and delivered the rugs were knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.

I have 5 rental properties and and always need flooring and carpet cleaning, repairs and new installation every couple of years I been using McFarland Carpet and Flooring for the past 3 years and have absolutely no other company who can beat their pricing or craftsmanship on repairs or new installations. 5 Stars for McFarland Carpet and Flooring.

McFarland's did a superb job cleaning my large area rugs. After my residence was flooded, I considered writing off the rugs as a loss on my insurance. I'm glad I didn't. The professionals at McFarland's restored my 50 yr. old rugs to a condition I didn't think was possible. They look beautiful. They also kindly stored my carpets for months at no charge while my residence was being rebuilt. This "above and beyond" service is why McFarland's deserves every one of their five stars.

They are very unprofessional. They don’t know how to answer their phone, so business must not be that important to them. After numerous voicemails left no one bothered to reach back out to me to follow up. Their managers are rude and don’t have the attitude to go the extra mile for any client or future client. Spend your money elsewhere.
