The guy that owns this, Richard Sparta, is a lunatic. I totally believe the reviews on here how he ruined somebody's rug due to his incompetence and then tried to blame it on them. Look up this guy's insurance fraud that he tried to commit a couple years ago in Phoenix. What a joke.

There are WAY better choices for carpet cleaning in Phoenix. I had a carpet ruined by these guys and they decided to duck n run .... making excuses instead of fixing the problem. Not a reputable company.

Crooked Company dong shabby work. Anyone can make a mistake and maybe damage carpet or a rug......but a legitimate company does what is right and fixes the problem. Apex is the type of organization that told me they would fix my problem and then made excuses.... finally figuring I would go away. Shame you on!

There are way too many carpet cleaning companies in Phoenix to waste your time paying hard earned money for poor service. Not a good experience working with this company. I wouldn't recommend them.

I'm very happy with Rich and Apex. Never a problem with making the appointment window. Very conscientious about helping us keep our ancient carpeting looking as good as possible.

Rich and team always do great work for us. They have taken marker right out of my carpet and red wine out of my couch! Thanks for the good work at a decent price!

I had a water damage in my home 2 months ago I called Apex to dry it out. I was so upset I cried when they came to the house. Rich helped me through all the insurance paperwork and dealt with the insurance company because my English is bad. Rich called me daily to see how I was doing even after I put my house together. Thank you for all you have done and many blessings.

Great honest guy! got my townhome cleaned and the bad smell went away and the drying process was quick and easy!

Very happy with the work done by Apex. They were quick and efficient and my carpets look great. I had them also clean a sectional and a recliner and they look like new. Great experience.
