Absolutely superb service!! You can't go wrong with this company. We had a wool rug and an antique Navajo rug cleaned. Both came out beautifully. Ramshad is very professional and really cares about the service he provides.

Ramshad at Southwest Rug Cleaning is incredible! I had a large coffee stain on my rug that I was unable to remove on my own. I ended up making it worse when I tried cleaning it myself. The rug also had a lot of traffic wear after 3 years of use in the living room. Add in a baby and a dog — the rug was definitely dirty. Ramshad picked up the rug and had it back to me within a week looking brand new. I’m so impressed with his service, knowledge and professionalism. He’ll be my first call for any future rug cleaning :)

I recently had 3 rugs cleaned by Southwest Rug Cleaning and it was an excellent experience (which I find to be rare these days). These were 3 different types of rugs - a hand tufted wool, a factory made and an old Kilim. I have a couple older dogs who had a few accidents. Ramshad came to my house to inspect the rugs and give me an estimate. He noticed moth holes and a couple tiny wings (which I would never have seen) and gave me a suggestion of getting moth tents to help with the issue. His turn around time and price was better than other companies I had talked to - the rugs were back and spotless in less than a week. His 2 workers, Chris and Hassan brought the rugs back and were so nice and helpful in resituating the rugs. They had good suggestions and didn’t mind me saying ,”Can we turn it the other way?” Or ,”An inch more to the right?” I’ve been recently remodeling my house after a flood and this crew was the best and easiest of any tradesmen I’ve hired. I’ve already told a couple of friends and I highly recommend them!!

I had Southwest pick up an 8 x 10 rug that I had tried to clean twice with little success. One section had discolored from white to yellow because of dog urine stains. My feeble attempts to clean only made the stains worse. Just got the rug back today and it looks beautiful. I can’t tell where the stains were. From start to finish this was a first class job: the picking up of the rug under my furniture, the length of time was exactly as promised, and returning rug to its original place…. Ramshad and his team at Soutchwest Rug Cleaning did a fantastic job, I couldn’t ask for more. They have equipment that I wouldn’t have even imagined was available to more thoroughly clean and care for rugs. Urine stains from animals that I would have thought impossible to remove, vanished. At the end, my rug really was like new. I was really impressed by their knowledge about the nuances of each type of rug, and the specific care needs. I am trying to get the rest of my family to take all of their rugs that are in serious need of care, and for them it is great that Southwest Rug Cleaning will come to their home and pick up the rugs. Not everyone can move some of the larger rugs, and not having to worry about that is great. The cost to care for your rugs is well worth it, and their price was extremely reasonable. I can’t sing their praise enough, truly. Ramshad was so kind, and took the time to really educate me on so much. I have always had an appreciation for rugs, but it was fascinating to hear everything he had to say. He opened my eyes to how approachable high quality Persian rugs are, and I am excited to start a real collection, and you can bet I will be taking them all to him and his team!
