Good communication left my hood spotless

Charged $50 just to clean a closet when 2 full rooms was what they advertised for that price.

I have used Gary's pool services, Clear Diamond Pool Care, since 2007. He is professional, honest, takes great care of all my pool needs so my pool sparkles. I can call and ask a question and he is responsive with his answer. I highly recommend Clear Diamond Pool Care!

Gary called me back within 10 minutes. Even though he was fully booked for at least two weeks due to monsoon storm related issues, and couldn’t fit me in for the work I needed, he still took the time to ask about my filter and pipe layout. He then walked me through what I could do to fix the situation myself. There was no rush in his tone, just genuine help. Based on that phone conversation alone, I would highly recommend Gary and his pool service.

Great experience with these guys. Eli was fantastic, extremely thorough and detail oriented. Much better then who I was using before and more cost efficient.

This company has been a nightmare. First when they did the job they missed windows and had to come back out. Next two screens fell off the second floor a few weeks after the service. Lastly they had insisted I sign a contract for a year. Halfway through the contract we landed on hard times. I contacted them asked they not preform the service because I didn’t have the money to pay for it. They insisted and stated the contract would be enforced. I haven’t been able to pay for that service yet and have received a daily hit to my credit card by them Then they follow up with emails and texts. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!!
